Clock does not work at all. Even when ordered recommended baterties
HiI purchased this clock for my parents but they never have time to place it. Tonight I came over to fix it for them but it wasn't working still. We tried last week and thought it was the battery type, however we ordered the recommended battery and received them yesterday but still...The return date has expired since was believed it was related to the battery but also it took me a long time before I find time to come along and fix it.So what s your advice because I'm very upset and disappointed about the poor quality. Or maybe there somethi6thst needed to be done to start the clock ?Many thanks in advance for your advice.Bests, Cathetine
