SWORD Cosplay Kirigaya Kazuto Kirito Light Emerald - Dark Repulser Medium Carbon Steel

I absolutely love this sword, it arrived early and in great condition. There are a few minor imperfections but you get that with any sword. The blade comes with a decent coating of oil to help prevent it from oxidizing. You can easily wipe the oil off if you don't like it being there.The sword itself is very solid, I swung it around a little bit and didn't feel any give from it. It is a little on the heavy side but you can still one hand it. It is not sharpened but lets face it, you wouldn't want to go swinging this beauty around unless your name is Kirito.Overall I was very impressed by the quality and attention to detail and for the price it is an excellent buy. If you are a fan of Sword Art Online and want to get both of Kirito's swords this is your Dark Repulser.

Pro's: Good weight, great work on the sword and detail, well put together.Con's: It's not the color that was shown originally on Amazon!!I was wanting the light green version of it, the one he had in the first half of SAO. This sword is great and everything, it's just more like the version from SAO2. Which is still awesome, but I was hoping for the one that was shown on Amazon. They need to change the picture to the black one so people won't get confused.

I was so happy that it arrived so fast! I was not disappointed! The thing on the end of the handle came off when I pulled it at of the box but nothing a little super glue can't. It's definitely made for cosplay or decoration the blade was beautifully done it still had protective oil on it. It is an exact replica of the one used it the anime I did a side by side comparison with the 2D version and the one I received It was fabulous. I was very nervous since the picture doesn't really show great detail of what you are getting. The sword is great and that is that I am one of the hardest people to please especially since I am giving this as a gift to my brother.

The handle was chipped and broken, the blade was scratched and someone had tried to sharpen it. The blade is literally coming out of the handle. It's not even good for show. If you're a true fan you would not be impressed. What a waste of money.

Sword is nice but not emerald green. I received it in all black and now have to explain to my little brother that it is the sword he wanted 😠

I'm happy with it, pretty solid construction, the blade is carbon steel and I believe the hilt is as well, the handle is made out of wood with a metal pommel. The sheathe is fake leather with nylon straps that are able to hold the weight of the sword. The sheathe looks like the stitching won't really last that long if you are going to be wearing it a lot. The sword has some weight to it which makes it feel pretty durable, however I don't really want to see what would happen if it were to actually hit something.My only complaint is that I had to super glue the pommel on when i got it. It didn't appear that it was ever fastened to the handle at any point in time.

Was worried about some reviews where buyers had received the black version of this so I picked my shipper with care. In the end I ordered from SwordAxe and get exactly what I wanted; a beautiful azure sword.Note, this is an accurate imitation of the SAO sword, which is over-sized (due to being a video-game sword), hence it is VERY heavy. Many people would find this a challenge to wield in two hands, in one hand you might be able to pose for a minute or two. Fantastic as an ornament or for cos-play if you keep it in the sheath.

The sword was in good condition but the hilt was loose (nothing a bit of guerilla glue couldn't fix). I'm not sure if I ordered wrong but I received a black dark repulser instead of an emerald one. Other than these mishaps, the sword is great.
