I recently began taking this in combination with the Bioscience fish oil and turmeric. Within days I could tell a great difference in my hip and leg pain.

Great list of included natural ingredients. Hoping for great effects. Haven't taken long enough to show results. Plus, I'm taking a few other BioScience products (Liver Cleanse, Vital One, and Bio 40 Probiotics). I do have more energy, more focused, less head fog, less anxiety, etc. But, again, I do also give partial credit to the other supplements. I definitely plan to continue using all of the products for their listed effects, but, also for my hopes for improving my health issues.
