It’s a great walker as long as the person using it has good stability would I let them use it in the house. . As for my mother it it is good for her to go to doctor visits and when she goes outside. She uses it outside but I don’t like her using it inside the house. It’s wider then the standard walker and she is a little wobbly on her feet and the smooth floors just make me nervous because the breaks don’t work on them very well If you had any experience with a wheelchair on slick floors you know what I mean when you put the breaks on it still slides. It’s just for my own peace of mind I ask her not to use inside the house. If you are going to sit on the seat you need to make sure that your back is braced up against something like a wall or a curbside or you have somebody else with you to hold it while getting up and sitting because like I said it will move and if the person using it is unstable they can fall. Just use common sense watch a couple of youtube videos on how to use the walkers safely and you will be fine. The walker folds up in half easily just pull up on the seat and push together you don’t need to take the basket off to fold it if there isn’t anything big in there. And it’s lighter then a wheelchair and just as easy to open up just push down on the edges od the seat. My mother loves it. When sitting on the seat the back isn’t a bar like on most walkers like these that’s why I liked this one better. She likes that she can go over the lawn with the walker unlike the typical walkers. It rolls right over the lawn and over the uneven areas with ease. She likes to trim the bushes and with this walker she can do that easily. This walker has given her back some of her freedom that she had before which makes me happy so she doesn’t have to sit in the house looking at things she wants to do but can’t. Now she can feel more confident and secure she can do outdoor activities she has always loved to do safely.

I'm not one for "some assembly required". I usually get someone else to assemble for me. But this was SO EASY to put together! Then I was concerned about the stability since it was so easy to assemble. That has not been an issue. Stable & sturdy! Had it a few months now. Absolutely love the easy way this folds up by grabbing the strap on the seat. For either getting through narrow doorways, aisles or loading into the vehicle. Easy to handle. The weight is very manageable. The only negative thing for hubby is the cup holder. Didn't like the way it hung on the outside of the walker. It got knocked around as he moved around. So we unscrewed it from the outside and screwed it back on the inside. Much better that way. But, when folding the walker to put in the vehicle, the cup holder is in the way. Simple solution - We slip it off and drop it into the bag until it is needed again. The 10" wheels do make a big difference! Much easier to get around. This was a well worth it purchase.

I bought this rollator last November and have used it inside and outside. It worked very well. At the pool or in a restaurant I would frequently need to adjust the width to roll through. Just a gentle tug on the strap adjusted the width to get through tight spots easily without stopping. Wow! I really like the larger width for stability as well as for comfort when sitting. Cons? I tried my HEAO on the beach, and the wheels got stuck in the sand. They need to be wider for beach use. Also it really only adjusts for people 5’4” and higher. If I shrink much more, I might need a different rollator.I’m 72 and had no trouble assembling mine. It took more time to unwrap the pieces than it did to put the rollator together.I’m short, I love using my rollator. The ride is so smooth and effortless, and it allows me to walk with no pain. Just remember to lock the wheels when you are using the seat or parking it.

I bought this for a friend in her 80s and thought she would love the sturdiness and deluxe quality of this walker... but it was so heavy. I could barely lift it to put it in the back seat of my own car... she had no chance of doing this. If you are strong in the upper body but have trouble with your legs, this would be an excellent walker for you - it does turn on a dime, in a small space, it's very sturdy, it rolls over all kinds of terrain, and folds easily. It wasn't even too bad to put together (or take apart, since I sent it back). It's even classy-looking in the blue! Just too heavy for my friend.

Just received this walker two days ago. Took my son only about 15 minutes to put together, without even looking at the directions. Easy assembly. All parts were included and intact. Very sturdy. Seat is comfortable, although maybe not for a long time. The carry bag is large and roomy. Cup holder is a nice touch. Also has an umbrella holder. Rolls and makes turns easily. Brakes work fine. All in all, very happy with this walker.

This walker is built like a tank - strong and sturdy, and generous size which is good for bigger people. Seat is also larger than many other walkers. And still super easy to fold, although not super lightweight to lift and put in car/trunk. Its manageable for a healthy 60's age person, but there is a little more weight to lift - large and sturdy means it weighs a little more (I'd guess about 5 or 6 lbs more than his previous rollator), so something to keep in mind

I love this walker. Comfortable, easy to open and close, and stable. I get asked so many times where I purchase it. I have had it for months now. Then one day I lost a screw. I reached out to the service department of the company. I emailed back and forth with Milka. I got a replacement sent to me within days and at no charge. The best customer service ever!!! I love this walker.

I purchased this item on 6/20/23. Several parts have fallen off or broken! I need a cap that holds the seat in place. The seat keeps sliding out of the track.The bolt on the front left wheel came out in an unknown location and the wheel fell off (or out, however you would say it). I need a neThe brakes work well, almost too well because you are not able to just slow the thing down. The brake grips the wheel ridges and stops the walker immediately.
