Excellent source to supplement vitamin D. The potency is just right and I like the quality of the platinum series products. I have also been using the Omega-3 Fish Oil Platinum capsules with great results and no after taste. I highly recommend them as well.

Living in Michigan doesn't give us much exposure to sun, so I have to increase my intake of Vitamin D, per Drs. orders. I love the small pearl sized shape of these capsules plus they are so easy to swallow. I love the Vit. D video that Pacific Coast provides for their customers.
