This product is effective at 10% Lactic acid strength. The bonus that was unexpected is that it smells so good! Unlike the product I previously used I do not need to rinse this off. It does not burn either. I can tell it’s effective by the difference it’s making in the texture of my skin and I like the way my skin feels after I use it. Skin care products can be so expensive and it’s amazing how many effective products there are that are not under expensive skincare brand names. The reason I took one star off is that the company could do a little better with presentation. The shipping to me was horrendous as the package looks like it was done in someone’s garage. The boxes that the serum came in were dusty and there was a note printed from someone’s computer thanking me and asking for a review. None of this of course is too important as the product works!

This is good product, I use it every morning. Personally I prefer same product from Ordinary - feels like it’s doing better job for my skin.

I combined with glicolic acid 10% and is working great .Less fleckes and whiter skin i have in 15 days

I really cant say if this worked or not. It doesn't seem to have done much at all.

I have KP and use this on my arms. It is thinner than most serums I use. It's the consistency of water, but it works well. Soaks right into my skin and goes to work. No film, not greasy, leaves no residue. The scent is pleasant.

My skin tone is much more even and the texture is back to smooth. Great value for the spend, with results. I recommend it to anyone with skin concerns. It works!

I was getting really uneven skin (both texture and color, lots of ruddy redness). I decided to try this product after reading online to figure out what may help me. I love the results. Squalene and lactic acid appear to be a magical combination. It smooths and moisturizes. I started using it on my arms and saw great results. But, now I can only use it on my legs because the fragrance is such a strong and long-lasting, headache-inducing, soapy-powdery-floral scent. It is unbearable to me! I use this on my knees and feet and only when they will be covered. I am looking for an alternative product so that I can use it on my arms.

I have tried my any serums exfoliators but this one is awesome... I observed brightness in on my face and neck just after a week and even now day by day I feel my skin is getting better.... Must try I use in night it works

Its very effective from first usage. I can see visible change in color tone and skin on my mom's face. She is 60+ and have sun damage and dark tone around her eyes, the difference in skin tone is visible and the overall brightness on face is very radiant.
