Bald spots appeared on the rug after having it for about six months and using it for only 2, either from vacuuming or machine washing, neither of which should cause this.

I bought this rug direct, but wanted to leave a review somewhere. The rug is very nice, more like a super heavy blanket so you’ll need a nonslip mat. However, it is not as easily washable as they advertise. I have the 7x10 size and it takes and inordinate amount of time to dry. It will not fully dry in the dryer and takes days to fully dry laid out with fans. I think if I were to take it to a laundromat and put it in some sort of commercial washer/ dryer it might work, but I don’t have time for that and I bought it because it’s advertised a easily machine washable/dry able. I contacted customer support and they just asked what temp I was drying it at and haven’t responded to my answer or follow up. I’m very disappointed at this expensive rug and will be sticking to Ruggable rugs which are easy to wash/dry at home, even in the largest 8x10 size.

Cannot say enough good things about Lorena Canals washable rugs. See photos. with a very active grandson who is always making some kind of mess, it is great to have the ability to pop the rug into my washer and it comes out looking new each time.
