Natural OphthalmicsCataract Eye Drops with Crystalline Lens, Homeopathic Formula 10 ML

First, I do not know how a reviewer before me can say these are not working in just one week. That is NOT how homeopathic treatment works. Duh.I have been using these 3x a day for about 3 weeks. I find them very soothing and I believe the cloudiness in my left eye, caused by a cataract, has begun to clear and I hope for continued improvement. I go back to the eye dr in a few weeks and we will see what he says, as I do not want anyone cutting into my eye. I will update my review when I do.Manufacturer, please, please, please change the bottle. It is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too hard to administer. I can't imagine someone with arthritis or similar issues to even get the drops out of the bottle.Update - saw my eye dr yesterday and he was surprised my cataract had not progressed, so that was good. I hope for more improvement. That said, the more of these drops I used, the more distorted the bottle gets because air does not get inside, so the sides stay collapsed. I still have about 1/2 a bottle. so it is harder and harder to squeeze them out.I may have to switch them to a different bottle, which will totally undo the benefit the manufacturer thinks this bottle provides. I'm holding off ordering more, hoping they will change the bottle in the meantime. I have added pictures of the bottle. It is still almost half full, but because no air can enter, it stays bent in, leaving less ability to squeeze it. Not sure how I will get any out without cracking the bottle by squeezing it fully in half. Good thing I do not have arthritis in my fingers.

I really saw Improvement the very next day and I understand the need for this type of bottle to avoid contamination, If you shake the liquid down into the dropper top before squeezing it into the eye gently, it works just fine! When you're squeezing the last drop, it does collapse. I have been waiting to see continued improvement before I made my review. I had been using another product for a developing cataract which gave nominal improvement. Then I saw Natural Ophthalmics Cataract Eye Drops and tried it. The very next day I saw a break in the "black hole". Update: my eye continues to improve! I forgot to mention - Using an eye dropper guide is a time saver and liquid saver, too, especially at first when I had limited visibility! I use the one that is sort of oblong and the bottom flips open. The bottle doesn't fit when it is closed so I just leave it open and slide the top through. The other type didn't work at all.

I have no plans to re-buy this product. It stung my eyes, making them water (which washed the eye drops out of my eyes). The bottle was VERY difficult to squeeze and those drops wouldn't easily come out. The hole that the drops came out of wasn't positioned well and many of the drops went sideways instead of dropping down into my eye. I squeezed out two to three drops for every one drop that made it into each eye. My bottle was still half-full when I stopped using it.

For those having trouble with the bottle---I have used a sterilized needle to open or slightly enlarge the dropper hole, and it now works great! I like the flat dropper style, which makes it very easy to avoid accidentally poking the eye. The drops feel soothing.

While this product is an excellent homeopathic formulation, the bottle requires too much pressure to get a drop out, making it very hard to maintain the position of the bottle when applying the drops, leading to the drop missing the eye and wasting the product. It can take two or three attempts to actually get the drop in the eye...

The item ordered arrived promptly, intact, and as offered. The drops are soothing. The squeeze bottle format is somewhat inconvenient. I have found another homeopathic eye drop on Amazon that has a more convenient administration format.

I saw no results from using this expensive product.
