Wicca: The Complete Craft

This book is not a real beginner book, which I liked. It was for people who already have an idea of what Paganism/Wicca is. This just goes a little bit more in depth. It tells you everything other Wicca books will tell you about spells, lifestyle, clothing, sabbats, esbats, etc. It is a very nice reference style book and can be read from cover to cover without flipping around, trying to find the topic you're looking for. There are step by step instructions for rituals and ceremonies, whether you are in a coven or solitary. This is a good book and I would recommend it. The only thing I suggest is to take this author with a grain of salt. Some things she says can be offensive. She isn't too harshly opinionated, but is enough to make you upset. For example, she said that people who believed in alternative universes/lives have mental disorders and should seek some help. I found this very rude. People are allowed to believe what they want, and to tell them they are mental is plain wrong and bias.

I absolutely love this book. Highly recommended for the beginning Wiccan or even anyone just curious about the religion.

This is a fantastic well rounded book that explains magic and Wicca in detail. This really is one of the top 5 Wicca books ever published. It's meaty and detailed and well written. I would recommend this book to anyone wishing to learn Magick or Wicca.I just wish this was in Hardcover !!

Great book. I bought it for my boyfriend that is trying to get back in touch with Wicca.This was the book I started with when I became Wiccan and it covers all of the fundamentals and more. Very informative and a great choice for people who are either starting up with witchcraft or just want to be more informed.

Love this book--it's my go-to for learning and checking things. It covers an unbelievable amount of material, from extreme basics, overview of different Deities, different scripts, rituals for esbats, sabbats and other special occasions. If you want only one book, this is the one.

Very good overview of Wicca.

Most of this book seemed very applicable, though most of the ceremonies and spells I found to be too much tailored to a certain way. My path is just a little different and I only used minor tweaking here and there adding my own thoughts and ideas.I still believe it was a amazing source of Knowledge and D.J. Conway is a very good teacher of Wicca. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in the religion.

As usual, I bought this book after borrowing it from the library (this is the way I do "book reviews". Generally any book I buy from Amazon will rate 4-5 stars, or I wouldn't have bought it in the first place! This book has easily understood information and a great quantity of it. It also covers a few things that aren't covered in any of my other books on this subject. A must for any Wiccan's library.

Great Book. Full of tonnes of info on the craft for novices and experienced practitioners. Do not miss out on this book. Lots of ideas and you can never have enough books to get different perspectives. Loved it but I didn't expect anything else from D.J Conway. Great author and inspirational.

Informative and wonderfully clear and concise. Probably the only book you would need on the subject.

A great overview and reference to all aspects of WIcca, great for beginners and intermediate workers.

E' un libro fantastico, completo, semplice nella lettura ricco di informazioni e di rituali; adatto sia per chi si sta appena addentrando nella wicche che, ancor di più, per chi già è un praticante.Approfondisce temi poco trattati da altri autori, insegna rituali per wiccan solitari, tratta di magia naturale con erbe pietre ecc; spiriti di natura, animali mitologici e magici.Consigliatissimo !!!!! Acquisterò presto altri testi dell'autore

Interessant und auch weit aus mehr als das, was in den meisten Teen Büchern zu finden ist. Man muss nur Englisch lesen und verstehen können.
