After having the lock now installed for 1.5 years, I wanted to state that the lock is very robust. The door is to the weather side of the house and it gets some rain but brutal sun every day. Even with 3 parties in the house it did not fail yet. Very good. The only thing I am not thrilled about but understand is, that the lock chrome cap is discoloring since it is salty moist air year around. They also have good support. Would buy definitely again. 👍🏻🥰🙏🏻

I never write reviews, but this lock blew me away. It used the existing deadbolt door holes. I just had to drill one additional hole using the template and drill bit provided. It installed easily. At first, I couldn't get my phone to link with it. I watched a video and it said to hold the reset button for 2 seconds. After that, it synced up no problem. I have set passcodes for my family and programmed the 2 included cards. I put in 2 of my fingerprints and they work perfectly. It comes with 4 manual keys if the batteries die. I am going to buy another for my garage.

I am editing my review from 1 to 4 stars after the manufacturer sent a replacement. They responded to my original review and took care of the issue, which I appreciate.Original review: After only a month, the lock suddenly died. It simply just died. I tried to change the batteries, but still not working. The lock is not lightening up when pressed. I can't return and get my refund now because the return window just closed a few days ago. This is not fair to the consumer. I would like the manufacturer to either provide technical supports or to replace it.

I had it for a week. Only a week! The lock worked excellent, very easy to install and use. Then last night I could not get it to unlock, so I had to break into my own house. Took the lock apart and the inside the door part had filled with water, not the outside part. It did rain but the door and lock are not in the rain, it is obvious that this is not ip6x at all. Do not buy and look for a different type and brand.Edit: I dried it out and it is working now. I also took it apart and added waterproof coating to the circuit board and drilled a small hole in the bottom for drainage then sealed the outside. Hopefully this should solve the issue.

Once we got it up and running its working seamlessly! Love that there are so many unlock options (Fingerprint, key, tap card thingy, number keypad, and app... I'll never lock myself out again!!).We had a tiny bit of a hard time getting it to connect with the app at first but customer service was OUTSTANDING - I actually video chatted with a representative (Hi Green! Thank you for all of your help!) and she walked me through troubleshooting steps. After it was connected, she went above and beyond to walk me through setting up all the different ways to unlock on the app.Physical install of the device on my front door was a breeze - it fit the holes that were already there from my previous regular dead bolt so no drilling was required. I installed it by myself in about 20 minutes.A very happy customer! 😊

I didn't think I needed one, until I decided to give it a try. Thankfully my patience paid off and I got a really great deal. It was a bit hard to find the reset button (inside the device), but when I reached out for help, I received a prompt response from the support team with video instructions. Glad I made up my mind!

This lock looks and works great. We originally ordered the chrome but returned for silver to match our door handles. We bought 2 of these, one set up no problems at all. The other I reached out to the company to help me trouble shoot and they hopped on a video call to walk me through resetting the lock. Both locks are working great now! One of the doors will be used for a short term rental so I like that I can generate a passcode for a certain time frame to send to the guest. The other thing that is great about this lock is that you can use a key, the fab, a code, your fingerprint or unlock from the app! Highly recommend!! Our previous lock was a $350 Yale lock so this was a fraction of the cost and does a lot more than that lock.

I am writing a review for the service not for the product… as my last product quit working correctly after 5 months. The service however was fantastic, and the team in China wrote back and called me in a very timely manner.
