Bad product and even worst service
I have booked the free service well within the warranty period on 17th Mar 23. When the technician came he told that outer uniy has some issues and is not working. It took them 2 more visits to figure out that it needs a replacement. Since then I have been following up almost every 2nd day about the status on replacement. It has been more than a month and I only hear a scripted message that - technician or a senior from our team will contact you. After spending 30K if this is the quality of product and service from Carrier it is really pitiful. It has been only a year and it required replacement, so the quality of the product can be imagined.

Installation issue and huge wiat time
The product got delivered within the timeline but getting to have the product installed is the most tedious task. They don't even permit external installation team to do the installation. Had to wait for a week which is not at all worth. There is no follow up from Amazon on the installation. Had to make calls everyday to midea customer care who would simply promise the installation would be done same day which never happened. Even Amazon couldn't help me out. Better source from local store/distributor than Amazon.
