Approx Eight Cube Bean Bag Chair Single Refill Pack Pure Bead Stuffing Packaged and Shipped in a Bag Not a Box

I bought this as fill material. As other buyers stated, the volume is less than the amount stated. The only way I can see this coming out to 8cf is with it being 'fluffed' and calculated in a low-height container. As shipped, it is compressed quite a bit. I found that many beads were flat and did not expand back. Right out of the bag you get almost 7cf, and then a little less once the static is gone. Once you put it to use loosely, you actually have about 5-6cf. Yep, 5-6cf after you get it in a box and do a little shaking to get it to settle. I'd imagine that if you wanted to pack something tight, count on realizing 4-5cf of usable material.Buy 2x-3x what you think you need if you plan to use it in a beanbag chair or a large dog bed. This material compresses significantly with weight on it after a short time. You will have to add material a few times as it loses volume.I've bought different quality beads and not had these issues.

Shipped quickly. Used it to fill up a mega-large leather bean bag chair we have had for almost 13 years. Every sleepover guest ends up on this beanbag chair! Packaging was a little iffy--it literally came in plastic bags with shipping labels taped to the front. We were surprised, not because this would have been broken, but because if the bag holding them had been broken it would have made quite a mess during transport. Also might not be the best idea to deliver to a place where pets roam, for the same reason. Luckily we live in a home on stilts and the package was left upstairs by the front door.I wish they would figure out a way to include something to help transfer these to the bean bag, even if it was a cheap funnel or something built in to the bag...we would have paid more to include that! Overall, was exactly as we expected, so five stars.

I measured the content of one bag to see if I had received the full amount. I carefully emptied the contents of one bag into two small cardboard boxes and carefully measured the occupied volume. It was only 1.51 cubic feet, only 75% of the 2 cubic feet per bag as it says in the product title. All of the other bags are essentially the same volume, so overall I only received 75% of the volume expected.To be completely fair, I quote from the product description: "approximately two cubic feet per bag" and "Sold and shipped in a Bag not a box. Package is slightly compressed for ease of shipment. Beans measured loosely and free flowing." Apparently from the description, "approximately" can mean up to 25% less and the measurement technique at the source does not match what you would measure yourself upon receiving the product.

This was not worth the money. I thought it would be a good deal to stuff our chairs with and it lasted a few weeks and then they were needing to be stuffed again. It was not great quality so it didn’t last long at all.

The product quality is average. I thought 8 cubic feet would be enough to refill two "Big Joe" beanbag chairs from Walmart; however, it was not. I could have used 2 more cubic feet (one per bag). The beans have compressed a little bit since we have used them, which is why I'm giving this product a 3 star rating instead of 4.

I love this product. I ordered this product twice since I am making four Clannan Dango Plush Pillows (24 inches in diameter) for four of my granddaughters. It came in great shape and sooner than I expected. I love the feel of it and the cleanliness of this product.

I received these before I anticipated, so I was very happy about that. I got these in order to refill my poof and wasn't sure how much I'd need. I only needed 2 of the bags, but now I have it on hand for when I need it again.

Based on the description, I purchased enough to fill/topoff 12 beanbag chairs. It wasn't enough. The quality is just fine, just need more to finish the job. Received it in good enough time, and the packaging held up to postal handling.
