Totally gross ! Purchase at your tastebuds peril!
I don't just like dried mango… I LOVE IT! I have purchased a dozen or more different brands over the years. I would go as far add to call myself a connoisseur. So I feel confidently informed with my opinion.Texture wise this mango isn't just dried, it is baked - strike that - overbacked. Presumably some African Farmer got distracted and failed to store away his product in a timely fashion?Flavour wise, prior to the drying process it was either soaked in Lemon/Lime or alternatively a pack of feral cats decided to utilise the drying product as a urinal litter tray.
