Size:24" x 100' Pink/Peach butcher paper is a type of butcher paper that indicates coming from a natural base, whereas white butcher paper is bleached. Our paper is 100% wax free, food safe, and Made in the USA. BBQ Pitmasters will wrap their meats towards the end of the cook to protect the meat from drying out and losing moisture. Meats are also wrapped to help them speed through the stall, known as the "Texas Crutch." The main drawback to using foil is that when hot meats are wrapped, the steam cannot escape and any bark that has formed can easily turn to mush. Pink/Peach Paper solves this problem by allowing steam to escape, while still preserving the juices and preventing the meat from drying out. Comes with free universal temperature probe clip.

Great paper for smoking food
Great paper for smoking food! First try was smoking Poor Man’s Burnt Ends. I’ll be buying more when I run out!

Made In The USA!
I use this to wrap pork shoulder and brisket while cooking on my woodfired smoker. It prevents the meat from coming into direct contact with aluminum foil. This not your average 'thin' butcher paper. Made In The USA!

Exactly what I wanted, and the temperature probe clip was a nice add on. This is high quality paper and I couldn't ask for a better product. It also arrived on time, the storage tube it comes in is perfect and is very durable. The storage tube also keeps the paper clean, dust free, and safe.

Good product
So far did different things on the smoker and started using this instead of aluminum foil. Holds moisture nicely without the metal effect of foil. The probe holder is a nice add-on. Price is compared to others cheap if you choose the 24"x150' version. The advertised box must be the shipping box. 1 star less but doesn't change the product quality.

No More Texas Crutch
During my last brisket smoke I vowed never to use foil again to finish the smoking process. It turns the meat grey and all of the burnt ends become soft and spongy. Using the peach paper delivers a great finish to the meat, keeps the juices in and the burnt ends crispy. Foil certainly has a place is the smoking process for some meats but not brisket. Awesome result.

Excellent butcher paper.
This was a gift for my son in law who loves to cook on his wood fired grill. We checked out the paper and it is a good weight and resists tearing. I have not yet been invited over to try the results of using it.
