Deer are overtaking our subdivision!
Although I have always been patient with Deidre and her twins last year and with Deidre and another set of twins the year before, they must have all moved on as new subdivisions clear-cut around here. But we have one deer who feels comfortable enough to come to our front porch which has an LED light on all night for our USA flag and LED lights on the pathway to eat the hostas almost to the ground and eats the roses, briars and all!So our yard crew has previously used the big pump container of this product (which I saw had a lower rating and thus my change to this distribution bottle) but we have left a large section of our yard for the deer by not spraying nearly everything. I bought this smaller bottle this time as it should last through two to three applications for the areas we are claiming as our own.The crew likes this brand of deer repellent better than their so-called professional spray available through their company. The important thing is to re-spray after each and every rain, but that is a common instruction with many, many deer repellents. Even the granular types can wash away quicker than indicated when torrential rains fall, so this liquid application is OK with us. We are spraying weekly and a bit more often with the rains and are highly satisfied with this deer repellent. Deidre (or the new deer as they are VERY similar in my view) has a nice salad bar left and we get to keep some hostas and SOME rose bushes. But the rose bushes are unbelievably bared of the leaves and buds as that deer eats the rose bushes along with the thorns leaving some strange looking plants by the mailbox! To spray or not spray, that is the question!

Does the job without the super stinky smell
I am a professional gardener and farmer in an area with a lot of deer. Sometimes I just don't want to have them eating something new, or I want to leave some deer repellant with clients for new plantings. I am happy to say that Deer Stopper 2 is one of my favorites. Honestly, sometimes I just can't stomach the super stinky stuff. Wanna have people walk through your gardens with that horrible funk in the air??? This does the job without the putrid odor. I do rotate it with the stinky stuff when I need to. But I find that my clients are much more likely to actually use the repellants if it doesn't make them gag. Give it a try.

This spray is garbage.
This was absolute garbage. I’ve successfully used deer and rabbit repellent from liquid Fence on all my Lilies this year. Not one flower has been eaten. When I ran out I tried this deer stopper 2 that is supposed to last for a while and be weather proof. Two days later, almost every flower is gone from my hundreds of plants. It’s as if this Deer Stopper was a big dinner bell. Never again.

Works great/no harsh smell
Excellent product: no harsh smells (smells like cloves) and it keep the critters away (most bugs too). Deer are around my yard most every day (if not 2-3 times a day); they have not touched my plants since I started using this product. I spray my plants once every week/week and a half even though it calls for once every 30 days. That said, I cannot vouch for the spray being effective for 30 days (as claimed). Regardless, what I am doing works and so does the product.

Easy to use
This product works great however shipping container is an issue. This was sent in a shipping envelope. By the time it arrived the squirting head was completely destroyed. Lucky I had another bottle here that I could pour the liquid into. There was inside bag that was soaked with the product. It was messy. However, the product does work great at keeping the deer away.

Best Deer Spray
I give talks on deer abatement and I find that of all the sprays, this one lasts the longest and is the most effective. Of course, if deer are really starved, nothing works. However, if you are conscientious with this spray, you can train the deer to go elsewhere. It is totally safe as it has herbs and natural ingredients. it is stinky, but not as bad as some.

Deer stopper 2 smells better than original, not sure the deer approve of it,
Smells better than the original {which you could smell 20+ feet away!} but still works. Had to apply again in 2-3 weeks, though we had a lot of rain. Original would last 3-4 weeks, though recent rain has been unusually high, so that may have affected the reapplication time. Tried another brand and deer had a field day after 2 weeks on my roses.

Amazing
This stuff is great I sprayed my flowers once every 2 months and the deer haven't eaten them. This is the first time in 15 years I have seen all my flowers bloom. So happy I'm a customer for life.
