Nice chunky tomatoes with a fresh taste. Made a delicious pasta sauce and will definitely buy again.

Great for Turkish-style menemen and soups – really happy with the taste I bought this to use in Turkish-style menemen, omelettes, and also in the broth of stews and saucy dishes. I really like the taste – it adds a lovely depth and authentic flavour. For me, it works perfectly. No complaints at all. Would buy again.

These are the best tinned tomatoes for the price, and I am very picky. They are in a thick tomato sauce.

This is a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes. They are chopped and contain juice. They are versatile and work well in pasta and Bolognese sauces. They cook down well and thicken sauces. They do have a chunky texture but when simmered cook down well. The colour is good to. The flavour is good, not too sour but definitely not sweet. It is a good idea to add some sugar or honey to counteract the tartness. Good quality and value recommended. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

Decent quality it tastes good not sour, gave these a try because of the low price, not disappointed honestly, not a fancy label but the quality can compete with other more expensive brands. Recommended

Sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa da questi pezzi di pomodoro a marca Amazon. Dato il basso costo, mi aspettavo problemi di gusto o digeribilità, visto che sono anche un soggetto sensibile per allergie alimentari. E invece no. Sono ottimi di sapore e digeribilissimi persino per me. Non hanno un'acidità marcata, il che permette di usarli anche in ricette veloci e senza aggiungere zucchero, o quasi (dipende dai gusti). La cosa interessante è che ho provato dei pezzetti coltivati in agricoltura biologica nella zona in cui vivo, produzione artigianale, e... sono stata male :) Quindi delle due l'una: o questi pomodori vengono coltivati in serre protette, in cui non è necessario intervenire più di tanto con additivi chimici, oppure il tempo di latenza osservato dopo l'uso di suddetti additivi è molto lungo, e il lavaggio successivo è molto accurato. Non posso saperlo ma non importa: l'essenziale è che non mi facciano male. Promossi a pieni voti.
