Works quickly and stays working
This is my 5th time buying this product and it lasts about two months each bottle for my cat. He had horrible urinary issues when he hit about 1 yr old. I had to go to the vet 2 times and all that happened was the crystals he went in with went away for two weeks and then he got them right back. After throwing almost $500 at vets I decided to looks into it myself only to find out this is a fairly common condition that happens especially with cats when the ph in their urine is off. I got a food that specifically helps with ph balance and I gave him this supplement. He hasn't been to the vet since I highly recommend, it saves the stress and money, although its on the pricey side I would definitely say its worth it if your pets condition is similar to mine.If its less severe though I would def do more research into a food change (wet food or ph specific helps a lot) just cause that would be cheaper especially if you have a bigger animal.

Review changed from initial review
Try it. each person may have a different experience. I did at first hate the smell and my dog didn't want to try it. I tried it in his food and seems to work. But I did also start him on the natural antifungal liquid at the same time. Could be either working but for now would rather just keep him on both since I didn't think it through b4 adding both at the same time.Good luck just try it

Three Bichons, one with struvite stone issues.
Update: apparently nothing helps our situation. I have used prescription urinary dog food, R/O water and these drops. After TWO surgeries, she has stones again. Trying acidifying with DL Metholine (SP?). Depressing but I cannot say say this supplement has done anything positive or negative at this point. We just started this supplement. We lost the mother of bichons to lodged bladder stones and surgery pushed her to an early death. Her daughter that is closest to her genetically has struggled with bladder stones. We tried two different prescription diets and had to have bladder surgery to remove the huge struvite stone last December. I kept her on the prescription but alternated with homemade food and she started bleeding again. She had surgery again to remove a dozen small stones. Her bladder was infected with staph and the stones were struvite. She cannot have surgery every year so we are trying this, wiping her with antibacterial wipes, providing R/O water, and keeping her on the prescription diet food exclusively. My review so far is based on the fact that the dogs like eating this. I use both the drops and the tablets, but will probably stick with the tablets. I do wrap the tablet in a small piece of kid cheese (American) and am feeding all three the same even though only one seems to have stone issues. I will update this review in the future, but a week in, I feel hopeful.Additional update: we did find that adding a supplement along with the prescription dog food finally dissolved and is keeping her struvite free. I use 500 mg of DL- methionine per dog. The vet prescribed the pills but you can buy the capsules for much cheaper, non prescription from Amazon from bulk supplements.com. We give it either with their prescription dog food or homemade food and finally have a solution…dissolved and has not reoccurred for close to a year now. We still use distilled or R/O water almost all of the time also. I am a big believer in the DL Methionine to acidity their urine and keep struvite from forming.

It works for us!
My little boy has been prone to UTI’s since we found him outside and brought him home. The first day we had him he was peeing blood in our bathtub. A quick vet visit and medication cleared this up but within a few months he was showing signs of having another UTI (unusual accidents outside the box). So we got him treated again. And again. And again. He was quickly becoming our most expensive cat! Our box is automatic and cleans itself, but the last vet visit confirmed he had crystals. They recommended very pricey UTI wet food and a water fountain to encourage drinking. We got a cheaper UTI dry food and a regular wet food, and eventually purchased a fountain bowl, but when we ran out of food before purchasing more I decided to try this. It’s been almost a year and we haven’t had a UTI since with no special food and no changes to litter box equipment. I give him two portions in the morning which is over the dosage but he’s a light eater and sometimes a bowl can last two mornings. It stinks, but he’s a garbage disposal when it comes to anything and I’ve never had trouble giving him supplements, even fish oil haha and when I grab the bottle he runs to his bowl like it’s a treat. When we ask “cranberry?” He recognizes the word and gets excited! I’d say it’s worth a shot!!

Not the same as the Powder form was
My cat took one whiff of this liquid form supplement and ran the other way from his food bowl. He never even acknowledged that the powder form was being mixed into his food. SO FRUSTRATED that I can't get the powder form any more.
