After several friends recommended I use this, I finally decided to give it a try. Although it's still to soon to really know all its great benefits on my body, I can honestly say that it gave me a great and much needed energy boost. If mixed properly in a fruit shake or mixed with your favorite blended fruit and vegetable am drink, you hardly even notice it's there. Mixed with just water alone and used as a tea was an interesting experience. I guess I was not used to or expecting the flavor for the first time. It's still tolerable. The benefits alone are worth it. I look forward to seeing and feeling the wonderful benefits from this product.

Wonderful tea! I bought this for its health benefits, also I gave up my much beloved coffee, so I needed something that would make me more alert in the morning without the high amount of caffeine coffee has. I love the effect, as it gives me more of a clean, bright alert feel instead of the jittery caffeine rush and then crash that coffee does. I love it!

Very nice matcha! I am no expert on tea, but I enjoy the smooth taste of this by itself or blended into protein shakes.I store it in a little jar in my fridge to keep it fresh.

I have bought several matcha teas, and this one is awful. It was cheap so I bought it and I regret it.

Did not meet up to my expectations.

Color is not a vibrant fresh green as they describe it, it is a army green / brownish. Tastes awful, it has a perfume scent to it. I have tried 5 different matchas so far, this is not good. My favorite is the US Whole Food brand. it has a very nice vibrant fresh green and it tastes really good.
