Bottle lid not closed properly.
Never had a chance to try the product. Just received the turkey stock today 11/17/19. When the box was opened I could smell it and the bubble wrap was sticky. The pictures show that the lid is a little askew but the two safety tapes were intact. It looks like the jar was not sealed properly. The box showed no damage and the glass bottle was not cracked. Have to throw the bottle away. It's a good thing Amazon agreed to refund my purchase.

Ingredients aren't as listed
The jar that I received did not match was was described on-line. The product I received listed soybean oil as an ingredient. I have an allergy to soy, and had carefully checked the ingredient list on-line before ordering this. Shame on you all for changing the recipe and not updating the product images.

WASTE OF MONEY DOESN'T HAVE ANY FLAVOR TASTES LIKE SALTY WATER
They sure promote this well but I'll never purchase it again. I recommend that you better go to a store and first buy one small jar and also try another turkey flavor boullion before you commit to this one for a holiday meal. I love turkey gravy and I am severely disappointed in this one. I am going to look for a commercial turkey base; one that commercial kitchens/restaurants use. If anyone thinks they know of one I am all ears. By the way this is quite expensive; however Better Than Boullion Turkey flavor at any cost fails.

Best of it's type
This line is very good for making gravy and sauces, and to add to soups. My biggest issue is the salt to flavor ration, it would be even better if there was more turkey flavor and less salt, which can always be added if needed. Still, I have bought several bottles and also the chicken, beef and veg flavors

I'm sorry, was this supposed to taste like turkey?
If you're just looking for something to make a gravy with this will work. But if you planned on using this to make more turkey gravy.... it tastes nothing like turkey. You could doctor it up and serve the gravy you made with chicken or mashed potatoes. Don't expect it to taste like turkey. And I understand you need to add salt when making sauces and gravy.. but this is salt in a jar.

Great for making gravy or just introducing flavor into a recipe
I use this for quickly creating Turkey gravy on weeknights for mashed potatoes or when cooking chicken breasts to introduce a richer flavor into them. The advantage over broth is it doesn't go bad and you can create more broth in less shelf space.

Best Turkey Base on the market!
I havent been able to find this flavor at any local market, only here on Amazon. What's even better is they stock the large jars which contain far more product than the smaller jars in different flavors sold locally. This makes the best soup base, gravy, or other dishes. I prefer the turkey over chicken. To me it has a dark deeper, richer flavor. I often make soup with organic stock, but when I’m cooking for a large crowd, I use Better Than Bullion base. It really is “better than bullion” and my turkey gravy made using this always gets rave reviews.

Little bit of flavor town in a jar.
I haven't actually used this flavor yet. But I have just about every other flavor they make. Have sworn by them. Well rated. Will be using this as a turkey base for gravy. Have you used chicken and beef for bases for those gravies and it has worked out well. Lots of flavor in a little jar. Also like the lower sodium choices for chicken and beef.
