Easy to replace old fixture
Replaced a Sylvania 3000k LED in the same configuration. I cut off the screw end and hard wired it. I set it to 3000k but my spouse likes the heat of the 2700k. I can always switch it back. Instal took 6-7 minutes with cutting, stripping and rewiring. Glad I finally ordered. Now the kitchen has full light again.

I would highly recommend this light. Especially since it has a selectable brightness switch.

Little tricky
The product is bright and I love the idea I can pick my color temp. the instal was tricky with the little clips getting on just right.

Terrible mounting system
Don't buy these unless you want a lot of frustration trying to get it installed. The mounting system involves trying to push tiny spring clips into holes that you can't see to line up. If you don't get it on the first try, the springs bend out of shape and the whole thing becomes impossible to install.
