YAMAZEN Pan, Multicolour

My wife has been craving this ever since we tried it overseas 10+ years ago.This pan is perfect for the DIY'ers out there like us.Even heat, non stick surface and simple to use.It took a few tries to Master the technique but watch a few YouTube videos and you'll pick it up pretty quick.

Takoyaki is a fun treat but pretty expensive if it becomes your habit. In the covid era, this was a fun thing to try doing at home. As long as you have the right ingredients, it's pretty easy and low-risk to learn how to use it. There is no temperature control on the device. It holds steady at a temperature relevant for cooking the takoyaki. This means you may need to occasionally spritz the surface with cooking oil to keep the batter from burning. Love the bright red color.Only gripe is that it's not very simple to clean. If you didn't make a mess, then you can wipe it down after it cools. No parts detach though, so you'll have to get creative if there's a larger spill to clean.

温度設定がなかったので大丈夫か心配しましたが、実際使ってみると焼きムラもなく、綺麗に焼けました。取り外しは出来ないけれど、拭けば綺麗になるし、いい感じです。
