I haven’t exactly gone jumping in puddles but my feet have yet to get wet so despite the very breathable mesh they do seem to be decently water resistant. Though they are NOT slip resident; and actually can be very slippery on tiled floors, so be careful if you plan to wear them on tile flooring. The soles are soft, which makes them good, and at the same time can be somewhat easy to get cut up easily from the bottom side, which is not good. Hard to have it both ways I guess. Still, I would recommend this to anyone who does not deal with working on tile flooring, or if you do, just be careful with slipping at times, so walk carefully.
