By far, the vanilla flavor is the best. Strawberry would be my second choice and Chocolate as the last choice. I eat the wafers during my work day, and eat a sensible dinner with my family. I have lost 13 lbs in one month doing this. I also cheat every weekend, and eat whatever I want. I am going for the slow weight loss plan, in hopes to "keep" the weight off for good.
