**Q: Is this bag small enough to use as a personal item at the airport?**
A: U have to look at the airline and airport regulations on the size of bag you can take on a Cary on.

A: Aproximadamente de 20 a 35 libras.

**Q: Does this have ykk metal zippers?**
A: They do not appear to be YKK brand zippers, but the duffel bag does have metal zippers on it. The smaller travel bag has a (very hard) plastic zipper tab to pull on.

**Q: It didn’t arrive with the shoulder strap and the description says it includes a shoulder strap. When will I get it? That’s false advertisement!**
A: The strap was in one of the pockets for us.
