I do design drafting work and spend many hours on my computer, play drums and do a lot curls with free weights, if I have “tennis elbow” the symptoms have lessened greatly as I’ve been wearing this copper sleeve for a couple days now, and I immediately have felt the relief and can perform my tasks now with less pain and restrictions, I have my full range of movement back now as it really seems to be working. I received a sleeve from my physical therapist that was way more restrictive and shoddily made. I bought this hoping it would be more comfortable and well made, it is. Very happy with the comfort, its snug but not restrictive. There are some loose threads, I hope that doesn't mean it's going to fall apart any time soon.

I am so glad I decided to try this. Apparently, I have "golfer's elbow", even though I don't golf. It was surprisingly painful, and very awkward for me to work with ( I nanny). Taking medication to lower the inflammation is a good start, but I also needed to do something to keep myself from reinjuring it, while still allowing me to lift a toddler, pull items towards me with my arm stretched out, etc. This did the trick! It is a little big on the lower arm end, but I definitely needed the size I got for my upper arm. It means that the sleeve is slightly loose at the lower end, causing some sliding/rubbing. But it is also good and tight on the upper parts. I have really sensitive skin, so it is making me itchy at times. I am always glad to take it off and rub/scratch my arm, but I haven't ended up with what I would call a rash either. An hour after I have taken it off, the redness is gone, so I have continued to wear it every day I work. This sleeve worked better than I could have hoped, right away, and made a significant difference on the first day I wore it.

Had a bicep sore for over a month. Started wearing this band and was gone completely in a few days. Light weight and breathable to wear while working out. I'm extremely short and it was comfortable on my little arms lol

Only had for a week now… seems to help while I am actively using my elbow(golf), but hasn’t really made a difference during the day wearing it or not.

I use while lifting weight when my arms or elbows may be hurting me a little. It keeps the injury from getting worse and actually helps healing.

Good compression and very comfortable.

I’ve been wearing this copper sleeve for few days now. It is helping with the soreness and mobility. Good material not cheap. Love it so far

Good compression and you can almost see the copper in this arm band . Quality is there also.

It’s a comfortable fit not very tight. After trying on, all the logo peep off. Have not even send for wash.

If there was a 6th star I would give it. I suffer repeated pain in both elbows especially when doing repetitive work so thought I would try this item, anything to help and does it help oh yes is my reply. Arrived on time and when worn found it was well designed and constructed but the effect was immediate giving me relief to the elbows during and after use. I bought the medium and found it was a snug fit and unoticeable when worn. This item has helped me immensely. A god send for sufferers.
