WORKS Only IN North America
I bought this item and shipped it to UAE as per Q&A seller mentioned it works in this region. Installed it and fault beeping kept on buzzing. I contacted the manufacturer united chargers and this is the exact message I got:'We going to launch European version of grizzl-e closer to October of this year. Current North American versions of Grizzl-e will not work on your power type!'Totally returning the Item, please guys don't fall into this waste of time, they buy bunch of them and resell in different market just to make extra money disregarding the safety aspect for end user this is a high voltage item being sold without provisions if it works in region electrical conditions. Not sure how amazon allows such bad act

Excellent Charger
I wanted a solid charger for my 2021 Mach-e. I brought the Grizzle non-Wi-FI version because I already have the Fordpass app to monitor the charging process. The charger works very well and it can be easily adjusted to deliver up to 40amps depending on your wiring and electrical panel capability. It is extremely easy to operate and the unit can be used in the garage or mounted outside.

Great price to charge your EV
Finally had a chance to charge my EV, can confirm it charges a Volkswagen ID 4.Really happy with the product, it is built as advertised. Very solid case, the cables are pretty thick as well.I had a 40amp breaker installed and as one of my pictures show, it is charging at 8.2kW which is within the 80% rate on the breaker.I've read reviews that packaging is horrible, but why does it matter if this charger is built to be in the outdoors, waterproof and all of the above? The only negative feedback is if the NEMA 14-50 Plug cable be more to the left of the box OR have more holes for screws to move left/right instead of just up/down. When the socket and bracket was installed against a stud, it took some time to line it up straight.

Simple and effective!
The Grizzl-e is easy to install, with a robust but pliable long cable. It's exactly as smart as it needs to be -- not at all. It's almost certain your car already has all of the time of use scheduling and power use tracking you need for time of use charging -- both our Tesla model 3 and Chevy Bolt EV do. It can charge a Tesla just fine with a J1772 adapter (one comes with every Tesla), the only thing you're giving up compared to the much more expensive Tesla Wall Connector is that you have to tap the charge port with your finger to open it - it doesn't include the remote opener in the charge handle for a Tesla - not a big deal. If you need to use it on a circuit smaller than 50 amps, you can reduce the maximum power of the Grizzl-e with DIP switches inside the unit; no messing with apps! This is replacing an Enel-X Juicebox 40. That unit was top-of-the-line with all of the "smart" nonsense. It took forever to pair it to the wifi, and a year down the road, Enel-X updated it remotely to use their new app. I'd be complaining like everyone else that the app is terrible, but I didn't even get that far - the update bricked my unit. It became impossible to connect it to my wifi network, and at the same time, it stopped reliably delivering a charge - what a disaster! Never again. This charger is simple and reliable, getting it up and running took less than 5 minutes to mount the bracket on the wall and plug it into my 14-50 outlet.

A well built, easy to use product.
Im writing this review having purchased the Grizzl-e classic lvl2 charger a few weeks ago. I was impressed with initial construction and quality of the charger. It feels solid and well built. I bought this charger for my Honda Clarity hybird. with the lvl 1 charger it took 8hr to fully charge the 60 mile range battery. As I work nights and my wife days there was often not enough time between driving to fully charge the battery. I installed the charger myself which was easy and anyone with moderate electrical skills should be able to do, however if you are uncomfortable messing around inside an electrical box figure on $250-$700 to have it installed . I have been vey satisfied so far, the unit charges my vehicle in less than 4 hours, I am currently only charging at the 24 Amp rate as I did not have a 40 Amp breaker at the time of install to charge at the 32 Amp rate which is the Max Amp the Honda will allow. I believe I could put a 50 Amp breaker in and set the Grizzl-e to charge at the 40 Amp rate and my Honda would still only charge at the 32 Amp rate. and if someone had a veh that could charge at the 40 Amp rate it would. But I was not 100% sure that was the case and as I only have the one E-Veh I played it safe I have ordered a 40 Amp breaker and will install as soon as it arrives. I Have no experience with other charges beyond what I see at different establishments around town, But This unit seems well worth the money, it is priced on the lower end of the lvl 2 charger range. It comes with a long 25Ft cord and includes a charging handle holder that also holds the cord. The thickness of the cord makes it difficult to roll up, but I doubt that any charger would have a thinner cable.I would recommend considering this charge.
