Okay. First. I never write reviews. Second. I’m an RN. THIRD. I hate some of Amazons reviews bc ppl are given a product but sometimes it’s not an honest review. So I hope my truthful statements benefit someone who’s truly trying to find “hope” tht something will work.I am 49 yrs old. I do get my menses. In May, as it came to an end, I noticed unbelievable changes. Mood, weight, etc. Peri-Menopausal symptoms. I went to the doctor and asked for a prescription for HRT, I was not living like tht for 2-10 years. I had the worst side effects. My hair falling out in large amounts was scary and enough reason to stop the medication. Not to mention other side effects I read about such as ; blood clots, heart risk factors, breast cancer. So I was messed up for 3 weeks health and mind wise as this medication was leaving my system. I chose to give this a try. Honestly, I was skeptic but I was desperate too. If I could give 10 stars, I truly would. It’s incredible how I feel today. No side effects at all. I use the estro-life in the morning and I use the progesterone at nite. You need both as tht is how your body works in my professional opinion. I hope this review helped someone. I am 45 and have been in surgical menopause for about 5 years. Year one was insanity. Tried MANY medicines and doses that still left me not "right". I took myself off of them after a year out of frustration. I was left with increased weight gain, crocodile dry legs (among other places!), moodiness and the ever present hot flashes. Black cohash didn't help. So I just "went with it" for 4 years.Fast forward to last month. Sleep patterns were horrible, I was an exausted mess, and my Fibro was out of control crazy. Sick of the hot flashes that never appeared when it was freezing cold out.Went on amazon searching for options. Read a lot of reviews that I normally take with a grain of salt. Hormone replacement is VERY personal. That's why there are so many big pharma options out there. Our needs differ body by body, by personal circumstances and even by the hour.In MY experience, this product has GREATLY improved my quality of life. I remember specifically on day 4 thinking, when was my last hot flash? And why am I so damn happy? Now a month later, my anxiety is gone, heart palpitations are gone, skin had a tremendous rebound, I am sleeping well for the most part and those horrid hot flashes have all but stopped. I seemed to get a handful week 3 but weren't the usual soaking episodes and were short lived.While I do like the fact that airless pumps keep the essential ingredients stable longer, it is also frustrating to not be able to gauge what is remaining. I have this on subscribe and save to eliminate running out.I've seen reviewers upset with the change and dosage from an open container to this new pump. I haven't used the open container so I can't speak to that, but I am thankful to have a product that dispenses a consistent amount as I tend to bungle up self dosing.I get that fake reviews are rampant everywhere on everyone's etail site. You really just have to try things out in your own environment. I love the fact that Amazon allows me to return what doesn't work out. I used this product faithfully at the same time everyday and for me, it is a blessing. For my family, it is SOLID GOLD!

I've been using this cream for some time now. My last order came in the new container with pump. One of the reasons I chose this cream was that it did NOT have a pump dispenser. I pump the cream into a 1/4 teaspoon measure and it is not quite enough. A second pump is then too much, so I feel I can't get an accurate dose. Also, with the jar, I was able to easily see when the cream was getting low so I could order more. More importantly, though, the formulation has changed and you are now getting 1/3 less estriol per serving. I wrote to the company and was informed that this was because their "research" showed that most women don't require the original amount. Well, apparently I do and I suffered a month of sleeplessness and hot flashes due to this change. It would have been nice if they'd informed me. The product is now effectively more expensive for me. I'm mostly disappointed that they seemed to disregard their loyal customers, hoping they wouldn't notice the change. I'm so disappointed and will be looking for a new cream.

Never tried anything like this before. Really wish I had started using years ago (I am 68.) DEEP vertical lip lines greatly reduced by week three. Can't wait to see what after three weeks more. I put it on my face. It really goes a long way. If I don't feel that I have used 1/4 teaspoon for the day, I apply to wrists or vaginal area, also.

This product's active ingredient is now reduced by 33% compared to their previous product. It used to help with menopausal symtoms, but now it is ineffective. The company says to increase dosage, and they still call it ORIGINAL FORMULA. It is also expensive for the depleted quality. I just found Biestro by Life Flo. The reviews are also better than EstroLife. It costs half as much as EstroLife. I will never use EstroLife again. The company is being deceptive and people have been using the product like the previous FORMULA...The new formula is expensive and does not Work unless you slather it on...Forget it and use a different product.

Disclaimer: I'm a man, in my 50s. I bought this to grow my breast, along with the Progesterone cream. I chose Paraben- and gluten-free products for obvious reasons (might be just a commercial tactic to charge more, but hey, what do we know?).Based on my online researches, creams are a more effective way for hormons to penetrate into the blood stream and provide the expected effect, but the one used here, estriol, is a very weak plant-based version of estrogen, weaker than estradiol for instance (mostly available on prescription). According to what I read from others' experience, I decided to initially apply 3 does on my chest/abdomen/forearms everyday (supposedly equivalent to 6mg). I applied one dose of progesterone simulatenously, to mimic more normal hormone dosages in women and possibly to counter the possible side effects of estrogen therapy... After noticing some light effect on my breast, I decided to increase the dosage, and reapplied cream a few times a day, possibly getting up to 6 doses a day.My conclusions so far:- it works, but very slowly.- the progesterone cream might lower the effect of this one- I didn't feel any side effect, besides possibly being slightly more tired than usual (and an occasional light headache)- my wife didn't get any side effect either (that was one of my fears, reading some comments here) but I was wearing a tank top to avoid direct contact of the cream with her at night.- my breast grew slightly and I overall see some changes in my body (getting slightly "rounder"). My butt is definitely getting rounder than it already was, which is also a good thing.So, since the bottle was finished in around 20 days of use (yeah, it won't make you 6 months...), I decided to buy another bottle, and in the same time ordered natural pill supplements that would possibly block my testosterone (all the usual herbs + soy isoflavones) and I won't use the progesterone anymore. If things get out of control (accumulating too much body fat), or annoying side effects gets in the way, I'll revise the strategy and update this post.As for women's menopause symptoms, I have no clue if it helps, but I would bet it does ;)

I don't like writing reviews but I have to tell other women my review. I was suffering from horrible hot flashes during the day and the night sweats were so bad, I would wake up about 10 times a night soaking wet...my hair was soaked..everything. since COVID i have been working from home, so i could manage with towels and fans... I have honestly spend so much money on every supplement and nothing worked. I was moving back into the office and had to do something...i wear dress clothes and thought there is no way I will be able to work like this. I saw the reviews and thought I have to at least try. Night 1 and 1 tiny night sweat and I slept like a baby...a couple hot flashes during the day but totally manageable as not as bad. Now day 5 and i can't believe it...not 1 night sweat and nothing during the day!!! This saved me and my life...i would totally give it a try!

I purchased this product because I am 45, always had nice young looking skin til I turned 45. I was getting sagging skin in the face, so jowls and had the crepeiness thing starting on my neck. I have purchased so many different kinds of creams to help that and nothing. I mainly got this to help with my low estrogen and within a week of using this my skin looks way firmer, and you can hardly see those lil crepey lines on my neck. I'll continue using this as I don't feel i'm ready for HRT.

It's a marriage & life saver!! I started using the estro-cream a week ago with the progestro-cream and DIM...not only do I feel so much better, brighter mood, happier all around, my husband said I'm a lot more relaxed and happier. When you don't feel great, you're going to feel cranky. Night sweats have subsided too. I know it's only going to get better with this natural way of hormone balancing. I put very little amount around my eyes and face. As soon as it touched my skin, I felt this pleasant sensation begin from underneath the skin. My skin became plump and smooth and I feel young and energized. This is very strong and very mild. It is worth more money to be using a product I don't have to be afraid of, one that is pure.
