- We only ship products Tuesday through Friday to ensure order arrival in the same week that it was shipped. This policy avoids any week-end lay overs of shipment. We reserve the right to make exceptions when unusual weather or other conditions occur. All products are shipped in a rigid styrofoam container with gel ice packs. If products defrost during transit, there is no harm in refreezing them upon arrival.

Many of our fresh sausages are cooked and very lightly smoked. Enjoy them on your grill. Serve them German-style with sauerkraut and potato salad, or American-style on a bun with your favorite condiments.
