Great idea for hot or cold therapy.Very good quality of the nylon fabric gel packs, just put it into freezer above 2 hours ,even I put it over 12 hours, the gel is still keep soft ,not become solid like ice. And put it into the cloth pounch,very convenient for using. I just put it on knee, feel excellcent!Also I microwaved it ,also tried put it into hot water ,work well for hot,too,feel very soft of the gel ,can also hot use for stomach,that is really a good product.

Great product! The end that opens is velcro so it’s easy to open and close, but stays closed as needed! I love that it came with 2 packs so when one gets cold, the other one is ready to go. No waiting for it to get cold again! I haven’t used it hot yet, so I will update if I do! The strap is a good length for both smaller and larger people. It’s easy to add a towel as an extra layer between the pack and the target area. Very happy with this purchase!

Like that its pretty to get on and stays cold over 30 min, so I can put it on diff areas with 1 freeze.Dislike that there's no way to get edges to touch anything. I have to use it on my foot, ankle, and beginning of toes...hard to get the pack to toes.

This has been the best icing product I have found for icing my foot after surgery. They hold their call temperature quite well for an extended time. Instead of putting the ice bag inside the pouch, I wrap one ice bag on top of my foot and another on the bottom of my foot while wearing a thin sock. I also use the ice bag with the ice inside the pouch to ice my knee. The ice cold cooling usually lasts about 40 min..

This product is a great deal for the price. Usually these gel packs run upwards of $12 in my local CVS or Walgreen's. But here you get two of them, along with a velcro holder to hold it in place.I had a hard time finding something like this online. The other packs with holders were all in one. I didn't want to have to put this huge, heavy holder and gel pack in the freezer. I wanted one that had the gel pack and the holder separately. Not easy to find. I was delighted to find this product, and it is highly recommended.

I had ACL surgery about two weeks ago and this is perfect for when I’ve been doing a little too much and I need to elevate my leg. Because it wraps around an has Velcro, I don’t have to worry that shifting my leg slightly will cause it to fall off. I’m a big person, but there was no problem wrapping it around my knee. I had to put both packs in the freezer so I can’t really comment on the heat part, but for this price you could easily buy two.

Had foot surgery and this has helped a ton. I have only used the cold part so far. I also used it in my son who got a injury on his back. We strapped it on and he was still able to move around while having the ice pack on the "boo boo"

Effective ,Good qualityVery simple product, that have long enough strap to hold my knee or arms with velcro. The sleeve can keep not very cold after put the freezing gel pack inside it, feel very comfortable.Nice product, will buy again.

Love this product. Always have it in the freezer just in case. Stays flexible even after freezing. Great product! Buying a second set now

Product is bendable after freezing and the wrap is good, can feel the cold through it.
