Great ball for MFR
We use the 6 lb ball for myofascial release (MFR) and it’s wonderful. It’s also a great size and grip for any exercises utilizing the ball. It’s a great addition to our training tools. Great quality and recommended! I normally buy the Amazon essentials version, but it wasn’t available and this one is a perfect replacement.

I purchased these in 8 and 12 pound varieties. Great way to quickly get heart rate up as a break from sitting all day. I can go out to patio and bounce or throw/catch with the rebounder or toss granny catch with hubby

High Quality and Affordable
The price has increased by a large amount since my purchase. I purchased this medicine ball based on prior reviews and its reasonable price. The price has now been increased to match other balls.So I am evaluating this medicine ball based on its construction and quality of materials, both are excellent. It holds air and has a better bounce than others that I have personally used. The surface allows good grip ability for catching and throwing.
