My son stuggled with taking his CDL permit for months. 5 attempts and he still did not pass but, he never gave up. After 6 weeks of taking the practice CD test's over and over again he PASSED!!!!!! This manual and CD were his saving grace.

This said it is a manual but it is actually a CD so that was disappointing.I don't know how good it is.

Recently, when my husband lost his job due to budget cuts; he was looking for anything until he landed another position. I jumped on Amazon website and found the answer - Commercial Driver's License CD Manual. Within literally a few minutes, my husband was studying for his test. The CD is interactive with our computer. You can select study or exam mode. He has test anxiety and this CD did the trick. And, because money is a HUGE concern, the price of the CD was reasonable. Along with tips the CDL CD included tips for truck driving and forklifts too. My husband has an interview for a temporary fork lift position as well next week. We're really trying for anything until things get better. This CD is our secret weapon during a financially difficult time for us. We also ordered an additional test just to be sure.
