I bought this for a Lemon and Lavender pound cake that I was making. (The recipe was in United Tastes of Texas by Jessica Dupuy in case you are interested). The cake turned out amazing and I have been using this honey on everything I can ever since.The lavender is subtle but distinctive and it elevates anything that calls for honey - Tea, toast, Greek yoghurt, anything.Give it a whirl. Your taste buds will giggle.

Waste of 12
This honey has no lavender in it. None. The honey itself is crystallized. There is no date on the bottle. A sticker on the bottle say, "New ". Waste of 12.00. Will be spreading the word.
