Resistance Bands for Women and Men, Exercise Workout Loop Bands, Yoga Booty Bands [Set of Five]

Very good product.

I purchased these bands for use doing the physical therapy that was part of my recovery from a hip replacement. They are sturdy and very different from one another in terms of the force they apply. They do roll, so I am very careful to straighten them out on my legs after I roll them on and before starting my exercises. Since the professional ones can roll too, I did not think this was a significant problem.

They're definitely cheaper than other resistance bands I've used. Okay if you can't spend that much on them I guess

Even with MS and hand issues, I find the X-light just too light for me for most exercises but it could be good if you’re really weak / using these as PT.I also just find it a little weird that there’s two different pictures in the same listing and the main one that most people will see if they don’t click through every image isn’t what this product is.That said, they’re nice bands. You can definitely feel the difference in resistance. There’s a huge difference between the lightest and heaviest included. Nice drawstring carrying bag is included. Love that they are clearly marked from X-Light through X-Heavy. While that doesn’t tell you the specific resistance level, it is more than I have seen from other bands I’ve used.Overall: great bands. The only complaint I have is thatI got the x-light instead of the xx-heavy.

I like the varied levels of tension to build up in strength. The different colors help to find the one you need. I'm hoping these last a while and don't tear/rip. Time will tell.

They are okay. They roll badly on me no matter where I place them. They work fine other than that.

This is a decent set of resistance bands - especially considering the low cost. You can tell the different resistance levels when you use them, but I also like how clearly they show you the resistance level with the pictograms. I'm happy to own them.

I purchased these to use with my BeachBody course I am in that I am doing at home. I have used these bands before at my gym and at my trainer, so I am familiar with how they work and how they feel. I have to say, in the past I would always feel the cheap bands I would use felt like they were going to SNAP and either hit me in the leg or, worse, the genitals. Of course this would be in front of my fellow gym goers or my trainer...it would have been bad. I seriously thought about this all the time because they were so flimsy.With that said, I received these bands and they are SERIOUS heavy duty. I actually laughed when I got them because they were so robust and perfect for my fear of previous bands. Easy to get on...easy to get off and their width is nice as they do not fold over during my work outs. They lay flat on my leg and hold their own. I would highly recommend them.
