Quick germination
I use this every year to oversees my pastures. I am able to see the new growth quickly and it’s bright green, making it easy to see in the established pasture. Not all clover as I first expected. It is a nice mix of grasses.

This seed is the best we have found. In these areas we have not been able to grow grass. It has choked out weeds that were impossible and it even withstands our dogs (one of whom is 85lbs) running on it. So happy with it we purchased 2 more bags. And will continue to do so as needed.
