I had high hopes for this heater. It showed up, I plugged it in, and it was noisy. I thought, well maybe this is just how it is. NO! It continued to get noisier and noisier. It sounds like something is rattling around in it. I would be surprised if this lasts another day before it breaks, and I've only used it a day so that says a lot. It also does not get very warm. Would not recommend!

Sending mine back. I probably could have lived with it only being in Celsius, but the fact is, it blew cold air no matter what setting/temp I tried and even after being on high for over an hour it was still blowing cold air.

"It never turned on. I hope it wasn't an overall product issue, but I am attempting to get it exchanged or refunded."I got refunded and a new one. I almost threw out the old one when I woke up one morning and remembered that there's a safety fuse inside, so I looked around the product and on the base of it there's an additional power buton that was off the first time I tried to turn it on, and sure enough it worked. I feel kind of stupid right now:)

Mly neighbor lost his heat pump and I don't know if this thing saved their lives, but it sure made them happy when I lent itto them for a few weeks until they could get their heating fixed. It is a wonderful little space heater and can really take thechill out of a room. Quiet, efficient, oscillates--a good heater at a good price.

This Heater does an excellent job of providing auxiliary heat in a room to cold spots that may be missed by the central heating system and is energy efficient. It also has a remote control that is easy and convenience to use.

Great little heater gets the job done. Bought it for an elderly friend who was having trouble keeping his house warm. He loves this little heater and feels safe using it. Its nice that it has a remote as well.

This company sent my refund back when I first complained about it. But it heats fine, but is a very noisy motor. I don't recommend this product because of the loud motor. All the heaters are like that...so just be careful when making this purchase.

Had this heater going for about a month. When I first turned it on, realized it was only in C and not F, ok, I can convert that, whatever. But this is a loud heater! When is oscillating, it sounds like it's rubbing against the bottom. Just when I was thinking about returning it because of the noise, it started smoking out of the front. Immediately packed it up and sent it back.

Mine broke a couple months after buying it. In the middle of winter.. I was very sad about it as I was happy to have a nice heating tower. I wish I did something about it earlier but life got in the way.
