When it worked, it was amazing and when it stopped working, customer service was unbeatable. Returning to 5 stars. Thank you!EDIT LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE: Purchased beginning of July. Today, Oct 1, it quit working after being used roughly 2x per week. Just died in the middle of the cook. Amazon says return window has closed. Unable to contact seller.Original review: This is super easy to use, super easy to clean, and cooks very well. I can fit a whole chicken in it! Would definitely recommend.

Updated review: the company reached out and almost immediately sent me a new one and so far, it’s working great! The door seems to fit the fryer better and everything is working great. It’s a powerful air fryer! As of right now, with this new one, I highly recommend it.Original review: I loved this air fryer when I first purchased it for my husband. We used it everyday, especially to heat up my toddlers’s chicken nuggets. 2 weeks after purchase in February, it wouldn’t power on unless I removed the tray and reclosed it many times - carefully! Now, it doesn’t even turn on and I’m disappointed because apparently my return window expired on March 3rd. This machine was not cheap, either, but it sure was in the way it was built. Maybe I received a refurbished one?

Very sad because it stopped working almost immediately. I was really excited about this product but it only worked a couple of times before it stopped. The only way I could make it work was if I was pushing down hard on the top of the unit. Clearly there’s a short of some kind. Made me sad because I really really was excited about getting it.Update 6/17/22: The seller reached out to me. They were very understanding and sent me a new unit. It works perfectly. I’m so happy to have this product. It is super easy to use and does a great job.

Buyer Be AwareThis is a poor quality air fryer that the reseller placed a high list price on in order to mislead customers into believing it is a high end product. Like so many current negative reviews I experienced the following issues:1. The first unit I received worked once and never again.2. The replacement unit worked fine for a few meals and then started requiring extended cook time and barely crisped.3. After a few uses the touchscreen required 5 - 10 attempts to program options and turn the unit on.4. The seller appears to add their brand to the front of the unit just prior to shipping since the ink from the Kooc logo, on the front of the unit, was barely dry and began smudging and wearing off. How cheap.It goes without saying that I am returning my second unit and requesting a refund. Save your time and money and purchase a different brand.

The first one I bought just didn’t work at all. It wouldn’t turn on. So, I returned it for a replacement. That one worked, but started making a horrible noise and smelled like burning plastic. I returned that one as well. The manufacturer sent me a new unit directly and their service was wonderful! The 3rd unit works fantastically and is really good! It cooks better than any other air fryer I’ve ever tried and it’s really easy to use!

I’m very lazy when it comes to cooking (I hate it) so I decided to give an air fryer a try as I was sick of microwaved dinners every night. This is very easy to use and I love the quick control buttons and the magnetic list that is attached to my fridge telling me how to cook my food. It also comes with gel stickers that I have found very handy to use on things in my house. I like the fact that you don’t need to add any oil and it cooks perfectly. I bought the large red (my kitchen is stainless steel and I have red decor) and it looks nice sitting on my countertop.

I have never used or owned an air fryer and was super nervous about spending some money on one, the price wasn't bad at all, but still spending over $50 on an item is a little expensive. It got delivered yesterday and I used it today and I am amazed. Although it took me a little bit to see how it works but I am a firm believer in an air fryer now!!! I can't wait to try a whole bunch of recipes. In 15 mins I had chicken nuggets and french fries for my daughter and they were even crispier than what I would have it done in the oven and took 1/3 of the time to even cook not only that you don't have to wait for it to heat up which I learned! Can't wait to try so much more in this!

**UPDATE**It's July and still going strong with multiple uses a day!We bought this to replace an air fryer that didn't last 2 months. We are a family of 4 and use our air fryer daily. This air fryer has worked day in and day out for months without a single hiccup. The only minor issue and it's extremely minor is the product name on the front is wiping or fading off with each cleaning. We only wipe down the front with a damp cloth. This is simply a cosmetic issue and honestly, I like it a bit more without it.
