Hard to hear on other end
Awesome case if you drop it. Will not crack or break. The only complaint is when talking to someone they say I sound like I'm muffled and have a hard time hearing me.

Brittle plastic material
Used one week for vacation 2017 worked great. Returned to packaging for storage until this year. Removed case from packaging and during water test it leaked. Found hairline crack on backside of case on opposite side of removal tab. Plastic material very brittle.

Waterproof
The case is completely waterproof, but won’t allow you to take pictures when the phone is submerged in any amount of water. I’m not sure why. Also really hard to take the case off.

I was not satisfied at all...I could not hear out the speaker area I had to cut a hole near speaker to be able to hear my calls
