First let me address how cotton clothes usually come. I have been shopping for cotton clothes for over 50 years, I’m 70. If the leggings or capris came 100% cotton, they would have stretched out knees and in the bottom area. So, 10% spandex is enough to keep them from getting stretched out areas. Every gray or heather color I’ve ever ordered Rarely comes 90% cotton, 10% spandex. It’s usually around 50% cotton and some poly and spandex. If you choose the gray or heather color then scroll down and read the fabric content and it tells you. Read the description on fabric content after you choose the gray or charcoal color, Amazon lists the fabric blend on the website. The capris won’t be as cool or comfortable with the poly blend. Tshirts usually come the same way but occasionally you’ll find a 100% cotton T-shirt but usually it’s a poly blend. The heather gray colors are difficult to make without using some polyester fabric. So if you are looking for all cotton or mostly cotton clothes in gray or heather gray, it will be difficult to find so read the fabric content first.I love the black capris, I’m 5’5” and 170# and the large fits me perfect, not too tight anywhere. The fabric is a medium weight but with 90% cotton they are cool enough for hot California summers. Easy to wash but with the high cotton content they do fade after many washes. I wash in cold water and hang to dry so they last longer but at the price I just order several pairs every summer. I would buy these again.Changing my review after buying these for the fifth time to 2 stars. They totally changed the fabric, waistband, shape, length, and sizing of these capris. I totally dislike them now. The xl fits like a medium, the waistband is very tight and the calf part is more narrow and tight. Fabric is itchy, they are not the same capris at all. Will not buy them again.

I swear by Hanes high-cut brief undies, been rocking them for years, so I saw these on sale for under $10 & bought them as sleepwear/loungewear. I was surprised at how well made they were, esp. the waistline. And when I stepped into them, they fit like an expensive pair of yoga pants! The perfect balance between control to keep you looking snatched & flexibility so you can exercise, run, or just relax around the house in them & not be a sweatpants schlub. And they're perfect to sleep in on cold nights. They didn't shrink or fade at all after I washed them the first time. I LOVE these leggings & plan to buy at least 4 more pairs before they disappear from Amazon's pages.

I will order one size smaller for future pairs. This pair of Hane Womens stretch jersey capri fit very loose. The color in this legging seemed off. It wasn't true black. I liked the fit and stretch of the fabric. This legging felt comfortable and I have been using to work out in the gym. I felt that the waist band should've been wider, so that the capri doesn't ride down. I noticed that while riding the recumbent bike, my right pants leg kept bunching up behind my knee and wouldn't stay in place.This is probably because this pair is too big. So, I will experiment and buy another capri in a smaller size to find out if the pant leg will rise up again. The price is great though.

Was sent two completely different pants. I bought both grey and black of this same listing and yet the black looks like the image but the grey does not. As you can see, the grey one does not have that top band. However, I will say it does have more of a cotton and soft smooth feel to it and the black actually feels more like polyester and feels like that kind of stretchy workout legging material… so I guess the gray one would be more comfortable for lounging and the other is more like something you could work out in? It’s just strange that they sent me a different version of the pant. Considering Hanes has a few different versions of a similar pant they probably got it mixed up somehow. With that said, the gray one is more roomier and a little bigger as you can see in the rear area compared to the black one that is more tight like a compression workout legging. I actually prefer the gray one because I like bottoms to be more breathable… but will probably still keep the black just for workouts but not to chill in. Just a warning that I’m not sure if this is like a regular thing they do.

I've ordered these for months as they've been comfy, fit okay, and are cheap. So I ordered the one with the wider waist band and, also longer fit, last week. I was so happy with them cause the have more tummy control and look better being a inch or two longer. So I ordered another pair and got the same old ones that have a weak waistline the likes to roll when you sit if you have a belly, this makes me so sad..I guess it's just the luck of the draw cause I ordered the same size and color just a week apart. Still decent leggings but it's not a true black and can make you look a little frumpy if you match it with similar colors

I was happy to find these cotton capri leggings. Cotton is so comfortable & breathable for summer vs. hot, non-breathable polyester. These capris fit very well, are thin without being see-through, & well-made, like all of the other Hanes products I have. I washed these in cold water & line dried them, & there was no shrinkage. These capris are versatile & look great with a T-shirt or a dressier tunic top. They’re soft & comfortable to wear.

These are my absolute favorite short leggings ever. I’m 5 ft 160 lbs and have a short torso and no booty. I o have 5 of these in black and 2 pair in grey all size large. They hold my lower tummy in and they are just so comfy. I wouldn’t go down to a medium, probably once I loose 10 lbs I could. The large is not tight but not big either. And best of all they’re cotton.
