No, David!

My toddler loves this book, he enjoys saying the line, "No David", and he identifies the troublesome actions taking place theougout the story. This book perfect for the little ones. It is simple and gives them autonomy as they read on their own.

When you buy this book get the hardcover. You will need it because you will have to show it to your kid over and over. David is naughty. He does all the things you tell him not to. It's a book that both the kids and the person flipping the pages will enjoy because it's hilarious to see what happens when you don't follow the instructions. Highly recommend this one. You will read it over and over and over.

This is an excellent book for a child who is still learning what is proper manners in a variety of situations.The book presents all kinds of situations kids encounter; eating dinner, taking a bath, obeying instructions, playing in the house etcThe author writes about these situations in a very humorous manner and the pictures are hilarious.Because many of the words are repeated it is also an encouraging book for a child who is learning to readMy 3 year old niece learned the title of the book easily and was able to pronounce the words after just a couple of readings.She very much identified with the character and the mistakes he was making in his behavior choices and laughed a lot.The ending is lovely and would make anyone say aww.... I know I did :-)and of course she did too :-). In fact it's really fun to act out the last page with your child

This is the 25th Anniversary edition I bought for myself. I am a teacher and pre-school classes love this book. It is so much fun to read aloud and watch the kids overreact to the antics of David. David Shannon is the author of many good books for children.

My 3 year old is obsessed with this book from daycare so I ordered it. It’s very short.. only a few words on each page. We normally add some descriptions around the images.. we read it at least 3 times a day. Good quality

My son found this series of books on YouTube and loved it so I brought this for him. He loves the character and the board book is very well made. It's a decent length at 32 pages and holds a child interest.
