This delicate wash is great! I've used it for years now. The scent is nice. It cleans well. And it doesn't have petroleum, which is the main reason I purchase it. Petroleum can cause stretchy fabric to not retain its "stretch". This is the only cleaner I use on my bras and swimsuits, and it's helped maintain them nicely (with air drying, of course!). It's expensive, but a little goes a long way!

I never thought I would write a review for a laundry product but I bought this to wash a polyester rain jacket in my washing machine and it came out great. The jacket had a label stating dry clean only with a solvent other than PERC. I couldn’t find a dry cleaner who offered this so I thought I would try washing this myself and am very happy with the results. I’ve also used the my laundress wool and cashmere shampoo which also works great.

I've wanted to try The Laundress products for as long as I can remember but with so many vices I just felt overwhelmed. I discovered the small stain bar and couldn't believe how well it worked and actually lasted so eventually I made a decision and am SO glad I finally did!This particular product is wonderful! Fabrics come out super clean and oh so soft. The scent is nearly unnoticeable and just a wee bit goes a long way.I can see my laundry room now becoming well stocked with the varying formulas and I no longer balk at prices considering what an amazingly thorough job The Laundress does for me.

I am sure, (haven't used it yet, just arrived today), that the product is wonderful, it certainly smells wonderful, BUT, it arrived with the cap shattered and a small slit in the seal on the bottle. I didn't lose but maybe a half capful, So, as a recommendation, Maybe they should tape the lids down to protect them and maybe bubble wrap the bottles as well.Otherwise, I am excited to have this for my silk pillowcases and blouses.

Gentle soap for fine washables! Love the fragrance.

Clean smelling, easy to use, and left my delicates and silk blouse feeling soft and clean!

If only the fragrance was their 'Classic' one which I love !!Such a pity that this Delicate Wash is only available in this one fragrance and not in the 'Classic' .As I dislike this smell (predominantly of 'bane' ) I made the mistake of washing silks in their Wool andCashmere Shampoo. Do not do this, as enzymes in the Wool and Cashmere Wash can affect silkfibres, making them tough.Looking forward very much for the Delicate Wash to be produced in the Classic fragrance.

I have used this on a silk scarf that said dry clean only and it worked a treat. I didn't have to use a lot and it smelt very nice. I used it with a colour catcher and lukewarm water with no colour runs or shrinkage.

Was bought for my wife she said generally speaking this is very useful and the price is not that expensive

Washed my two silk blouses beautifully without any problems. Well worth the price as will last for ages.
