Good Product - Questionable Concept
First the product itself.I have had this headset for about a month and am happy with the quality. It comes with easily understood instructions. It paired easily with my LG Optimus S (yeah I'm sorry, too) and the controls all operated my phone/music player as advertised. I was able to move from room to room without interruption. I would say that the controls feel fairly well-made. To be honest, at what price point today would we have to be at where something doesn't feel a little cheaper than we'd like. The ear pieces are nicely padded and solidly tucked into the headset. The headset does fold, but doesn't really stay closed by itself. If you're going to be carrying it around it would have been nice to have a case of some sort to put it in, but not a deal breaker for me - a rubber band will do just fine for those times I need to carry it with me. Listening quality is a little better than a wired ear bud set, about what I expected. Call quality on the other end apparently is a little muffled at times, but I've heard the same complaint about other wireless headsets. The flashing blue light that indicates the headset is on is noticeable but you quickly get use to it, and is probably more annoying to others if you're in public.Interesting note: I realized that the name Britelink does not appear on the packaging at all, with the exception of a UPC code sticker that was apparently placed over the original UPC code. Finally, the concept. This is the first behind the neck style of headphones I've ever worn/bought and they will be my last. I suspect my complaints would be the same with any behind the neck headset. I just found them to be uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. While they're not particularly heavy, they do hang down, thus tugging on your ears. And, unlike an over the head unit, you can't move these around in order to find a comfortable position, because they will just naturally drop down. Let me note that I wear glasses so it's not like I'm not use to having something between my ears and head. For now I'll keep them and wear them while riding the stationary bike and listening to music while moving from room to room at home. But I suspect I'll be looking at an over the head unit at some point soon.

Unyeldy! Good sound quality though. Sturdy enough
First, this is a good pair of headphones. The stereo sound is good and overall it is well put together. It also folds easily and doesn't take any space at all.The major problem I have with them is that because I wear glasses, the fit isn't smooth. When I place them over the ears, the cups remain slightly gapped towards the outside. This could be due to wear as well but at first glance it doesn't appear to be so.The pairing, btw, was simplicity itself. But I did this with both an ipad and iphone so the process was as simple as turning the headset off, turning to the settings and enabling bluetooth discovery. Then turning the headset on and letting the process complete. That's it. Just a few seconds of effort and it was done. It took me longer to figure out the on/off than pairing :)As far as comfort goes, these are comfortable enough. I was able to keep them on well enough even though I was lying back on a couch. The band - at the back of the head - was wide enough for me at that point, it was simple to move it down as I got myself comfortable. I was able to listen to music for quite a while without discomfort. With some more wear I believe they will be quite easy to adjust and use.The bluetooth connectivity is good enough for me. I did not try to get a mile way from the iphone to prove any point so did not experience any skipping as I expected. The sound was very smooth throughout.I would definitely recommend this for simplicity, reasonable quality of sound, and even the product itself. If you wear glasses or have a larger head, these will not work for you.

Can't find drivers for Windows 7.
I got this headset today and tried to pair it to my laptop. Windows 7 64 bit found no drivers at all -- not in preconfigured folders, not on Windows Update. I looked online for support and found none. I found the headset is made in China and packaged without a brand name which is added later with a little sticker. Amazon sells the same headset with Cyber-Blue brand name a couple dollars cheaper and the same headset by the same manufacturer has many other brand names attached. None of this helped me find drivers. I tried to pair it with my cell phone and that worked quickly. I can listen to stereo music -- haven't tested mic. I really wanted this headset for my computer and I still don't know how to make that work. Where are the drivers?I tried pairing the headset to my netbook running Windows 7 Starter. It paired just fine, first time.I went back the the first computer and tried to pair it again. It failed to install the three drivers it was looking for. I tried again. It found and installed two of the three drivers. I used the "troubleshoot and repair" options and the third driver was found and installed. I added a service in profiles which required another driver and it found and installed it.In the end the headset worked with everything including the computer I wanted it for in the first place. It seems to be working well.
