I recommend charging this using a wireless pad to avoid any charging issues in the future. Using a plug can cause the charge issues. I use this for my iPhone 14 and this thing can tank falls and charges me back to full about 2 times in a day. Yes it runs into the charging issue but all battery time device do that and if you set up your warranty customer service is more than welcome to help you with a new one.

This thing is a piece of junk the other day it took me over 12 hours to charge it. It had a one-year guarantee I bought this May 18 the last year and Amazon will not give me my money back or replace it with a new one that’s not right like I said, add one year guarantee that’s what it says when you take it out of the phone out of the charger it says a one year guarantee on it I can’t believe it taking this long to charge it is a piece of junk I like about it it’s big and strong, but is a piece of junk. It takes too long to charge. Like I said it took over 12 hours to charge I could not believe it. This is a piece of junk only thing good about it is nice and strong and heavy but it supposed to have a one year guarantee like I said I bought May 18 last year and Amazon will not do nothing about it. This is going on like this for a long time. He’s been doing this since I had it almost I had about three months. I started getting this or maybe two months and I called him a long time ago. They said they cannot do nothing about it. I had a too long I was supposed to have a one year guarantee on it. I don’t know if I should take this thing and throw it in the garbage , I am I wish I never bought this. I have another one and it charges a lot faster but it’s a different brand.

First, this case is HUGE!!!! I mean way big and heavy. If this is something you are concerned with. Well first day I charged the case fully. I let my phone run down to 20% and then charged it on the way home I commute three hours in the afternoon. The phone did well, I mean I was using the GPS WAZE and APPLE MUSIC and it took about 2.5 hours to reach 99%. Plus, it used a little over one cell on the case. So, now I’m on day 3 and I’ve charged the phone as needed. But I don’t charge it completely each time. As for durability, I feel like it’s a bit short there. I mean they gave you an extra front clip for the phone because it’s so easy to break so when you’re taking it apart to put on your phone be careful not to break it. I did drop it once it did scare me I don’t think this thing is built for fall protection although it has a TPU case I believe it’s main function is charging the phone, if you’re looking for a battery case that’s gonna last you 23 days depending on your usage I recommend this case.

This project has some fragile components. But when combined. Makes a protective shield you can’t beat. It also charges nicely. A little bulky and heavy. But after a few uses. You get use to it. Use care putting in and taking out your phone in the case. Connector is delicate.

Powerful, yet heavy. Don’t drop it, it’s not designed to take a beating. Got to have a good grip to hold onto but I managed it well. When everyone is asking for a charger, I can go on for hours! Battery life exceeds my long work hours with my constant demands of texting, emailing and technical assistance . I never have to worry going dead during an important webinar or in the middle of a critical issue. Only concern is the power activating button appears to be breaking prematurely. I will try to keep monitoring and report back to you if it fails.

Great case - terrible charger. After a month the charging receptacle broke. I ordered another and it did the same thing. Terrible!!!

Product charges the battery before the phone typically. It's a durable case however, I found even with the official iPhone charger the case does charge slowly. The battery pack was often in completely charged after sleep. Which leads to the case, having to be separated from the battery in the phone charged independently overnight. I do have no problem with that. However, my issue is the case itself is not very durable when it comes to taking the phone in and out to charge. I was highly disappointed when the last of the extra case parts snapped. I am now left with what is an extra iPhone battery pack. And my phone is having to ride around without a case until a new one arrives. I would not recommend this product as it lasted approximately 80 days. It was absolutely amazing when I had it and it was fully charged. It will definitely protect your phone, however I would not count on it as a long term phone case. Especially if you actively use your phone throughout the day. The lack of a fast charging feature was an extreme disappointment. I do believe I read that it would charge the case and the phone at the same time that was not true.

This is my fourth zerolemon battery case. However, it's the first time I felt motivated to write a review. Recentlymy phone was left on top of an SUV that left our house and was driving down the expressway at 80 miles an hour on the trip. The phone came off the top of the SUV landed in theexpressway and bounced off the road. Using find my phone I was able to locate the phone. Fourbdaya later I am still using it today. It has some scratches on the corner of the case and the CarPlay is only marginally working. However, there was no damage to the phone and the case still fully functions. I want to stress again. This came off the car onto the concrete expressway at 80 miles an hour. Luckily it bounced to the side of the road and into the emergency lane. It still survived. It would've never survived or stayed charged without this case. I can't recommend this one or. any Zerolemon produxt highly enough. Amazing.

Worked fine for 2 weeks, now case will not charge anymore. Do not recommend.

Case is great, no damage to phone after multiple drops. Case would last multiple days without needed charge. Three months later, case won’t charge at all so iPhone won’t charge through case

Mine is still working but the apple charger cable is extremely loose and will not charge unless secured in the charging port.

Heavy duty one of the best high quality military grade phone cases out there I recommend it 100%!!!!!
