Also for your own safety and health, it is important to exercise only while exhaling and hold weight without exertion while inhaling, otherwise irrespective of what exercise you do and the equipment you use, one will end up causing more harm to oneself.

Except the 15kgs weight, rest all are inaccurate and the fully loaded dumbbell weighs only 19.1 kgs wherein it should be 20kgs. Attached images for reference. Not sure of the durability as I received this on the day of writing this review.Sturdiness is ok but still gives a thought if locks will be in place during the intense workout. Time will tell. There is no returns, only replacement, so place your order wisely if you really want this and in a general sense, anything that involves weights are to be handled with care!!

The product came well packed. The weight changing mechanism is easy to maneuver and works well. For beginners, don't try to go straight for the heavy weights. Start with the 3 kg weight and move up gradually.
