I don’t know the bedsure model. It is not lined so it is not puffy or thick. The benefit is that you get the wonderful silky softness on both sides of plush and easier to be more active. We wear ours indoors and it is fine at 65 degrees in winter. If you’re wearing it to a football game or something I don’t think this is your product. We wear ours indoors.

It’s oversized for most of people and will bigger for people under 90 pounds, I think.
