A fantastic Printer though the reviewer above me is fake and copied my images from a forum.
First the other "review" is fake and copied my images from the Creally forums. I will add the same and more images that aren't online for them to copy. I have reported that reviewer as this is bad form. So, I would highly recommend this printer. I've had it for a month and I've had a number of awesome prints. I bought this partially because of the insane sale and because it's got a taller build height 300mm than my CR-6SE that's also been a fantastic printer. It went together easily and I've added some modifications that everyone should to strengthen the build plate, hot end wiring, a wonderful wiring cover from Thingverse, Bltouch, and a filament sensor.. I also updated Marlin to 2.0.9.1 because Creality's version is ancient and doesn't support the single cable BL-touch and filament sensor.... A lot of these Chinese Printer companies don't provide good firmware support, which is surprising. The BLtouch makes leveling the bed easier - however, setting the Z-offset on the CR-6 SE is easier because the nozzle is the point that touches the bed and you don't have to do any calculations like with the BL-Touch.

Good Printer Good Support
The Ender 5 Pro is a good choice for a gantry style printer from Creality. Works well and is easy to assemble. Remember to check all your parts since Creality changes their parts without updating it to a new printer model. In particular check that your main board and extruder motor/gear matches the product listing since those seem to be different between newer and older models.I marked this 4/5 for beginners because there are some parts you should upgrade/replace for all Creality printers. Not everyone can do that, especially for firmware or bed leveling addons.

Not for the faint of heart
Learn everything about the mechanics of these devices. They can do wonders when they are dialed in. You will have headaches and it will be frustrating but once it’s dialed in again…… you get to wait for the next issue. Customer service isn’t a lot of help when trouble shooting and instead of replacing the part and have you send the defective one, they claim their hot ends or Bowden tubes are not under warranty, even though their materials included say a 3 -month warranty on sensitive parts.

Great Printer, Not for Average Consumer
I still feel this is a good printer and I plan to find one that works. However, these items are still not quite ready for the average consumer. My first Ender 5 Pro came with what appeared to be a bad extruder motor. I worked with Creality (out of China) and we were able to determine this was the case. I spoke with Amazon, they were quick to send me a replacement and having merely swapped out the extruder with the new box all appeared good to go. I started making some test prints, and some functional addons to the printer itself when I ran into "Heating Failed: E1" errors, which are troublesome since the babble online would lead you to believe the housing around the thermistor at the hot end might not be fully tight, but from Creality directly, the bigger concern is that the housing is OVERLY tight, both of which might cause heating/heat monitoring issues. These E1 errors are significant. Sometimes a simple reboot/reset and I'd be off printing again, other times, it took multiple resets and time before I could print again. The problem would happen on average every 1to 3 prints. A significant point to note, usually, if the print progress got beyond the first layer or two, it was golden and would make it fully though. But for a NEW printer, even at this price point, one shouldn't expect to have to buy new parts, troubleshoot and hand fix/modify the thing before it can be used reliably. So, I swapped the hot end with the replacement hot end, however the problems persisted. At this point, I decided to unravel this SNAFU and return both items. The market is self-regulating and as a consumer, I expect Creality figure out how to get reliable working product to market, or I'm simply not going to part with my dollars! That said, I'm planning on trying again, I just want to try and find product at a reputable supplier, maybe that's comgrow on amazon, I don't know yet, but I'm not giving up on the Ender 5 Pro. The prints I managed to get out of it were great. Now I don't cling to any misconceptions, it's still a 3D print and that means the outer surfaces are not gong to be commercial quality smooth without additional post processing. But, even at middle quality setting, the resolution and quality was beautiful. Certainly well beyond what would be necessary for functional parts (and I'm speaking of visual quality here) and many times better than required for proto-typing, which is primarily what I'm after. I've been behind a small monoprice for a couple years now, and I like it plenty, but the Ender 5 is simply in a different class and it shows. I considered moving up to the Ender 5 Plus, but until I'm comfortable with these heating errors, I'm not throwing any more dollars at it, and despite the multi screws, z-axis, I couldn't notice any vibration or wiggle pattern errors that called into doubt the single z axis screw for the ender-5 so that's where I'm going to stay at the moment. I just need to find one that works reliably out of the NEW box!

Seems great so far, I've had a few
I've made three 3d printers, and know how certain details are so hard to solve. This ender 5 pro design is so slick, and the thing prints so quiet. Its all metal, and the assembly is easy and self aligning. I did go on youtube to see how the cables should be managed, and found out you want to replace the hotend bowden tube attachment fitting. I also changed the filament holder direction. The frame makes it so easy. The idea of making the frame be the rails is just better than separate chromed rods, and quiet. I'll be recommending these to friends.

This printer is amazing
This printer is amazing. Super quiet printing and Super easy assembly, it took at most a half hour to put together , there are videos on YouTube that are a massive help to putting it together. It also faster than my other printers it is astounding and it has no print quality reduction from them ,this is going to be the printer that I recommend for anyone but especially for a first because of how user friendly it is. I really like the magnetic board but don't like the scarring the filament leaves but a new board will sort that out. The build quality and materials are very impressive. Steppers are super quite, but the fans make a bit of noise. The bed leveling process must still be performed manually, this printer is relatively easy to level thanks to the large nuts situated underneath the print bed.Overall the printer is grand and I love it. Defiantly worth a buy especially at the features to price point it is at.

Firmware diferente do anunciado.
