Ears did not stand up.Hat quality was not as expected.Returned & did get refund quickly.

This hat is very cute to look at but the fit is not good. Unless you have a very large head this will be an awkward fit and push your ears down. On top of that it will never break in. The front of the hat has a very stiff cardboard like facing that cannot be removed and it’s a very scratchy material. Unless you have to have this style I’d look elsewhere. Hat is so stiff mine arrived cracked when the shipping box was damaged.
