GReat pot, and one small problem
This is a great little teapot —functional and sleek. It replaces one I before that had a glass top which broke. The *only* thing I really dislike about this teapot is that the top rests on the inside lip of the strainer, so there is no way to put the top back on the pot once you take the strainer out of the pot or it will fall through. You must pause to clean out the strainer which I won’t do, or it will interrupt the great pleasure of the first pot of tea. I also don’t want that stainless steel strainer sitting in my tea for that long. My solution is to use another top from another teapot while I’m drinking my tea, but of course it ruins the elegance of the pot. Always tradeoffs. I hope they will correct this design flaw in the next iteration of this wonderful pot, and alo use a designer who is a tea drinker, as this would never have happened if s/he had been.

Nice
Just the right size for a morning mug of tea and a travel mug to go of tea. The o lay thing I don't like is that to have to lid on, one has to keep the strainer in the teapot. The lid does not fit on the teapot without the strainer. But, overall, the pot is beautiful, pours well, and does what I want. I like it.

Lid Does Not Fit Without the Filter Attached
The description is a bit deceptive. Yes, the filter is removable; however, the lid to the teapot will not fit on the teapot without the filter. Maybe I am too picky, but, I would prefer to have that option.

Claims to hold 32oz-1000 ml of tea. Unfortunately only holds 8 ounces of water. Too small, thanks.

PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL!
i chose this gorgeous teapot to enjoy my loose tea I bought during my trip to England. What a brilliant selection! I am overjoyed with this purchase! This darling glass teapot makes 1-4 cups of delicious tea plus I really love watching the tea brew to the perfect color. So easy to use and cleanup is great! Lovely all around!
