The media could not be loaded.  I've been complaining about a sore tongue on the side near my teeth the last couple of trips to the dentist and each time they tell me they couldn't find something like a sharp tooth or a bad filling to cause it.They asked if I grind my teeth in my sleep and I stated I haven't done that in years. I went home and spoke to my wife and she told me I grind my teeth almost every night! I purchased this product to see if it would help and it really did. I'm not sure if the guard is protecting my tongue (I kind of doubt it) or it just builds an awareness in my sleep not to grind.I could care less which it is, I just don't have the soreness after a couple of nights wearing this.

And you get a few so you can put one in your traveling bag one medicine cabinet and one even in your room. So when you take those quick nap you don't have to wake up with a jaw and aching headache from grinding your teeth.These things are Lifesavers. I'll recommend them to you and a friend I'd even recommend them to family cuz I feel so comfortable.This mouth guard saved me some money but cost my dentist $280. That's what he wanted for one. I got four and am only using one of them on my bottom teeth at night while I sleep. My grinding while I sleep is still there but not I wake up without the sore jaw. My dentist told me he could see it in my teeth and wanted to make one for me but I made my own. After the box came in the mail I opened it. Next washed all four guards and picked one I thought fit well. I stuck a glass cup in the microwave and set the microwave for two and a half minutes. Pulled out the cup waited a minute dropped in the guard until it started to curl pulled it out with a fork and waited a second placed it in my mouth when it was the proper temperature and bit down. Prefect mold that stays in all night.So glad I did this. Good luck with the night grinds.

I was so confused with this product. I saw great reviews on it and one of the review show a really thin guard, so I thought this looks just like what the dentist made one for me in the past. When I got the product and followed the instruction very carefully however I could not get it to mold to as thin as what one of the picture/video will show on the review. I am totally confused if this is the same product? The worse part is that the mouthguard shrank like crazy to the point that I could not mold it anymore.

Because I was grinding my teeth at night, the sleep quality is so bad, I used other dental guards before, but the quality is poor, and the size is bigger for me. I bought this dental guard have two sizes this time. I found that I use the small size is perfect, the big two I am going to give to my friends.This dental guard is very soft, very easy to make a suitable model for myself. After one night, I felt very good, fell asleep very quickly, and in the morning I have more energy than before, it's a gift for myself during the holidays. Highly recommend it!

This dental guard is so soft, I like it . My dentist suggested me to buy a dental guard, I bought this dental guard, I got it just two days. The directions are fairly easy to follow.These guards are perfect because they are softer and more flexible, perhaps because they aren't designed for sports impact. This was exactly what I needed.I use it on the bottom teeth because that is what I am used to. It fits snug and doesn't fall out during the night. After wearing it the first night it left a little bit of a chemical taste in my mouth that actually made me nauseous. But since then it has been just fine. I have been wearing it for some days, now at night to prevent me from grinding my teeth and is perfect for that.

I bought this in January. I got it because they had small sizes that would fit my dainty little mouth. First of all, you need to make sure it doesn’t touch the bottom or sides of the pot otherwise it’ll stick and misshapen. Then, you need to mold it to your teeth very quickly. I had no such luck with this. After molding I put it away and later when I went to put it back on and it hurt. So I tried the process over and over and it still didn’t fit right. I’m not using them.Then flash forward a month later I see I have a letter in the mail from Kirkland & Ellis in California. I live on the east coast. The letter is from a partner at a law office asking me to rate and review this mouth guard for $5. I hope that this company AND this lawyer know how unethical this is. Why don’t you let me buy my crappy mouth guard off Amazon and leave me alone?????

Very happy with purchase, I was grinding my teeth a lot and waking up with headaches. Now that has stopped! so far the quality is good and the directions were very thorough and easy to follow. Great product and great price. Really recommend.

My budget didn’t allow for a custom made $400+ night dental guard so I started looking online for an affordable alternative for my nightly teeth grinding in my sleep. Tired of sore jaw in morning.Found the Neomen guards on Amazon and bought them. Includes 1blue container for daytime storage and 4 guards- 2 small and 2 large. Small fit so I followed the instructions carefully and moulded it. The result above is comfortable, lightweight and shows no signs of wear after 2 months of nightly use. In the morning I brush it gently with warm water and put it in the case. Definitely will buy again when needed.

Lost my dentist mouth guard. This is about 50% thicker about 1.5mm, so comfort is a little different but very close to my 700$ guard. For the price I can’t complain.HOW TO: I trimmed the height and dipped in a coffee cup of hot water for 10 seconds (heated 2 minutes in the microwave). Molded in my mouth for about 45 seconds, sucking in my cheeks and lips so It molds to my teeth and then inserted into a cup of cold water for about 15 seconds. Don’t worry if you make a mistake up on your first try, You can redo this process if you don’t like the mold. I did it twice to fix my bottom bite with the same mouth piece and you have 2 in the box if you don’t trim it properly or backup if you lose it ;)

So I wanted to give this night guard a shot, because I have TMJ disorder and hoped this would help reduce my pain and discomfort from clenching my teeth at night.I want to preface this by saying that it didn't work out for me, but I think one of the main issue because I'm a side sleeper. Even though the fit felt just right when wearing it while standing, when I went to bed it kept sliding out of place slightly in my sleep and it irritated my gums overnight. Tried it for a couple nights and I kept experiencing discomfort so I'd rather discontinue use of it because I don't want to risk causing more inflammation.However, the product is definitely great quality. Thickness felt right — if you leave it long enough in the hot water, that is. The instructions are very clear and the whole process is relatively easy.I would recommend mostly for people who sleep on their back, maybe? Or maybe I was just too sensitive to having a 'foreign' object in my mouth while I sleep.Either way, I contacted the seller / company to discuss my issue and I received excellent support within just a few hours. So I think you can put your trust in them.

The instructions are easy to follow forming it to your mouth. Make certain to follow the instructions word for word. Very comfortable....as much as a mouth guard can be. I had a mouth guard made through my dentist and it was extremely hard and far too large to fit comfortably in my mouth. I researched the NEOMEN dental Guard and ordered it. I continue to be pleased with this product. I told my dentist that I had an "over the counter" style mouth guard and they tried to tell me that the grinding will still occur. Not a chance! When you put the rubber guard between your teeth...go ahead and try to grind or even bite through it...it won't happen. For the price and comfort, this product is the way to go.

Too hard to use. Fit is terrible. They try to bribe you to give a 5 star rating by offering Amazon credit. Not a right practice and not fair to others who may purchase this product. So I declined and offer a honest rating.
