Depeche Mode - 101 (Box set)

The best movie and one of the best live performance of Depeche Mode. Case / digipak could be better or just plastic one.

Very pleased I got this blue ray version for 24 pounds and not the ridiculously expensive deluxe version. This has all the features that the upgrade offers and combined with my 2003 dvd I have all the extras. I really feel DM / EMI are taking the fans for a ride for the sake of profit. Anyway. I suppose that’s showbiz. I got PSB discovery for 17pounds in a beautiful gatefold sleeve inc the CDs. Sorry but it really does feel like us devotees are being ripped off a bit.

Great bluray but case was terrible very thin cardboard but Great documentary and concert from a great group picture quality and sound is great.

I do like everything in this box. Only disappointment is no 4K,Need to be downloaded which makes it not a part of the box.

Bought this as a gift for my husband who was a fan. He loved it!!!

Saw others write about case but wanted this on Blu-ray so took a chance. I can totally see now where others are coming from. For the price totally shocking. Thin cardboard sleeve with die cut insert pocket. No booklet, no nothing compared to the DVD I had of this previously. Total disrespect to their fans!

I had the original 191 cds and enjoyed them but I have always wanted something more comprehensive. My personal connection to this album is that I was at this concert and saw everything live. It was always been fond to me as it was the first major concert that I ever attended. So I have always known that there was more material that could be released. This is a big upgrade from the previous version. The only unfortunate part is that video material has been lost and will never be included on a collection like this the sound is wonderful and the visuals are as well. Of course there is no substitute from being there in person as I was.

Everytime I open this box it's like opening a (pleasure) little treasure. I have been waiting many, many years to watch the film again after only owning it in VHS format. I could not be more pleased. There is a digital download code, a blu-ray which includes 3 bonus performances not shown on the original, two CDs (which everyone probably already owns), and two DVDs with the film, along with separate concert footage and interviews with the band and a few people from the bus. The poster, photo booklet by Anton Corbijn and original album photo booklet are beautiful.Suggested improvements:The holders for the discs are not very secure. My blu-ray won't sit properly in its slot and keeps sliding out.Label the Blu-rays and DVDs, or at least have a more clear guide for what is on themHave the whole concert available for viewing (though I've heard there's a reason for this not being possible).I'm so happy with the box set overall, I can't bring myself to rate it anything less than 5 stars.

Rispetto alla vecchia edizione in DVD, e nonostante sia stato girato su pellicola di piccolo formato (quindi le immagini hanno la naturale grana filmica), un'edizione HD di gran qualità.

Bom concerto, grande banda.
