Worst Purchase
The laptop lags a lot since it was purchased. It doesn’t meet specifications stated in the product description and causes many issues in very sensitive situations such as exams and meetings.Very disappointed!You should take it off your website.

Excellent laptop if you upgrade it
This laptop hidden power which you need to upgrade it to make it very fast.You need to increase RAM additional 4GB minimum and Maximum 8GB. This will solve the slow windows response.You need to upgrade HD to SSD as this will give a strong boost to startup windows.Note for Seller: please mention that this is HD not SSD, as I purchase it expecting that it have SSD!

do not buy this laptop
It is super slow and a waste of money and the description of the laptop mentioned i7 processors so it will come up when you search for i7 processors even though it has an i3 processor

Unbelievably slow
This seems like I was sent a broken laptop as it is unbelievably slow even to just turn on. It has taken up to 2 hours to just start the laptop.
